  • Watermelon is around 90% water, which makes it useful for staying hydrated in the summer. It can also satisfy a sweet tooth with its natural sugars.
    Citrullus Lanatus - is botanical name of watermelon.
    Watermelon also contains antioxidants. These substances can help remove molecules known as free radicals, or reactive species, from the body.
    The body produces free radicals during natural processes, such as metabolism. They can also develop through smoking, air pollution, stress, and other environmental pressures.

    Doc. Gary Sy dahil sa alak at sigarilyo kaya madaling magkasakit ang mga tao. Dapat gumawa kayo ng mga pam pagaling na gamot sa mga marunong sumunod sa payo ninyo na huag uminom ng alak at no sigarilyo. Kasi matigas ang ulo ng tao. At iyong mga maingat sa health nila dapat wala ng maintenance pa. Dahil sa dami ng may bisyo kikita pa rin ang mga Pharmacy! Para kung mahirap ang may sakit kaya na nilang gumaling agad sa sakit nila. Sana po pay usapan ninyong mga Doctors.     Bago lang po ako sa youtube nu dok pero ang dami ko ng natutunan..sayang sana po noon pa npanood na nmin ng asawa ko mga payo nu siguro buhay pa sana asawa ko hanggang ngayon kasi ang galing nu pong magpaliwag..bago lang po namatay asawa ko😭😭😭 ang dami po kasi nyang sakit sana naapply ko sa kanya mga payo nu dok.

    It's summer season here in South Korea doc it's water melon 🍉seasonal dami water melon sa palengke. Actually we bought always watermelon...kpag winter naman doc.. we bought always boxes of oranges 🍊...from Jejudo Island...
