I can't wait! My entire garage has been converted over to Ego products. Day 1 buy.
As an EGO geek, I’m excited and I’m a rinseless gal. I’ve been waiting for them to offer this to the detailing community. Can’t wait for the reviews once people try it. Always buy the kit since it’s the batteries that cost. More batteries = more F U N !!
Yes, More info on kits coming soon.
I have mine. Can’t wait to fire it up. Since I’m rinseless, I have no idea what to expect but I’m all in!!!
One of the greatest innovation. Imagine you have an apartment with not a private garage or space. This is where it will shine. Carry a bucket and spray all along. Good job Ego. Looking forward for this.
Or just if you have an older house where you have to shut off the spigots during the winter.... that's what led me here... I'm not doing the detailing for a living so I may gamble on a cheapy $70 amazon option for the few months during the winter, and I can always hit the local car wash if I need some real high pressure before coming home to wash. For prof detailers or people with the $ to spend - this one is easily the way to go.
@@07wrxtr1 what do you think about Active 2.0 for beginners detailing? Kranzle is way too expensive.
This is on the expesive side. There are cheaper pressure washers you can choose from. I have the Kobalt pressure washer from Lowes. It gets the job done. I do want this though but it's a little expensive for me.
Certainly don't "need" this, but I'm getting it!
Just started as an EGo customer with the large mower. Love it, delivers all promised features and batt time. This will be my next EGo purchase
I've had EGO gear since 2016, and I have been waiting for this. I will buy this the day it's available. Can't wait.
FINALLY ! Was waiting for this since I bought my EGO 5800 blower
I need this for my RV Van. It is so versatile.... Outdoor showers, cleaning, dishes, etc
I’m a fan of ego products,❤ I have the 21 inch lawn mower so far. Looking forward to collecting the other products when can.
I've been waiting for this product I certainly will be buying one.
I’m actually impressed with this product!
So Was I!
3200 PSI is nice, but it is more important to reveal the GPM. High pressure with a tiny amount of water is not so effective. Concealing the flow rate makes this very suspect.
It’s 1.2GPM. They’ve had it on their website since they announced it
@@Clubbeats97 Thanks. It is therefore gentle and safe for possibly delicate car paint, but would take far too long to clean a driveway or patio etc.
1.2 also takes forever to rinse suds off
The 5 gal bucket was possibly a hint . . .
@@MrJhardencdjwhy do you think that? 1.2 -1.9 or whatever is negligible. You won’t even be able to notice a difference
Damn. This will be a sure buy for me. This will be a big help for mobile detailing.
I own a sunjoe battery power washer for a few years and the best thing about it is it has a built in 5 gallon container for water, but it's my only sunjoe tool I only have 1 battery, I have about 10 ego batteries and alot of there tools do this has me excited for a good upgrade
I definitely need this right now, looking for a pressure washer for my business
I can vouch for the EGO power station. It’s quiet and works really well-only thing is it’s expensive if you’re just getting into the EGO system, and to get peak performance you’re gonna need multiple batteries powering it.
Yup our 5amp batteries are going on 7 years. One is starting to give out.
We have the multi head, and chainsaw so far.
We have a friend who has the entire line up except the lawnmower and snow blowers. lol
I've got the lawn mower, leaf blower, snow blower, and power station. Batteries all still work. Some are from 2016 too.
Cheap Chinese brand, not worth the money
wrong!!!
@@ejm2382I have snowjow pressure washer and I am sure it works as good as EGO.
Can’t wait to buy this!
I like the concept this is a great start. Detailers dont car too much about PSI. Infact, anything over 1200psi is probably too much for car washing; 3200psi and kiss your clear coat goodbye....lol, but I digress.
Gallons per minute is what they are after. If you develoep a battery powered pressure washer that can do 1100psi at 1.8 - 2.0 gallons per minute, they will be lining up to throw bags of cash at you. Again, this is a great starting point in the development of battery powered pressure washers.
True 3200 psi is way too much on a vehicle. But when using with a foam cannon, that much pressure will make a crazy amount of foam.
I definitely need this in my life.
When I lived in an apartment I had a wrapped car and I was always looking for something like this. A battery powered portable pressure washer that could draw water from a bucket.
The only thing that came close was a product from SunJoe that had its own built in reservoir for the water. Worked alright but I had 2 units fail on me.
If this was around when I was in an apartment I would have bought it instantly
This looks like a awesome machine, but definitely needs the gun to be shortened, the industry is definitely changing for sure. This year I’ve had great success by using a Worxs hydro - shot running on Milwaukee batteries ,, plus Milwaukee vacuum cleaner, this is all working along side my optima steamer so i still sometimes plug in an customers place. Hope my comment was helpful 👍
Hope to get my hands on one of these!

Pre-Order....done!!!!
I have Ryobi 1500 psi 40 volt model love it
Awesome!!!
The foam test sold me
sure hope that the connections and hose and hand piece can be upgraded 🙏. Also what is the price point at for this unit. Looks awesome 😎
I have multiple EGO tools/toys and am looking forward to the vacuum. Before I would buy the power washer to wash my car I would need a test to show it truly does achieve up to 2 gal per min. I feel it's going to be closer to 1.2 which is the absolute bare minimum for washing a car. In my experience 2.0 is the floor for GPM.
It appears that on the unit itself, there is a button that allows you to change the speed/mode/PSI. If I hookup my own aftermarket hose, snub nose, and foam cannon, would I be able to just change the mode to the "HIGH" setting, and keep it like that when I wash my cars using my aftermarket equipment ? Also would switching to the turbo mode cause any damage ?
Wish I invested in the EGO system just so i can have the batteries for this washer. I got into ryobi 40v because there was a killer lawn mower deal a few years ago. Maybe my next house when i have a larger yard lol
Lots of talk about pressure and no mention of GPM. We’ll see what Matt says over at OG.
1.2 GPM
Why would you care what he says? Test it out yourself and see if you like it. Who cares if someone else does?
What would he say or why would it matter?
Game changer!
1. How does this compare to thr ryobi 40v whisper pressure washer series? 2. What will be the runtime of this Ego pressure washer?
3. Are the connectors standard so that other soap guns can be attached?
I will be buying this for my mobile setup.
Did u end getting one?
PULL DISTILLED water for a completely spot free rinse!
It’s beautiful
Need it!!
I have 3 original ( lawn mower, blower & string trimmer) ego products that I had for years. I just updated to the auto iq string trimmer. I have always wondered why Ego never developed a power washer. I would like to see how well this washes down that deep built-in dirt on bricks, concret , etc.. not just cars. I just sold my gas power washer because I dont want to deal with fuel anymore. I was thinking of purchasing an electric power washer, and now I think I'll wait to see how this turns out. How much will it cost? $800,00 that's is alot for pressure washer.
I have just about every ego line love it. But instead of using the long attachment can't you just put on a smaller bit to wash and rinse the car.
Great product demo. I was looking at cordless battery pressure washer. Is the noise level low?
Its very quiet.
@@Carsupplieswarehouse Was looking at battery pressure washer that is quite to use for years. That's great info! Will definitely looking forward to getting one.
Is this mainly for the detailing community or can it also handle things like pressure washing concrete, walls etc.? I know concrete was mentioned but my guess is you would want to run it on turbo for that and I wonder how long the batterys would last with that.
can you use the tips without the wand? Just in the gun?
I want to create a rig for this to be in backpack form. And draw from a bucket for cleaning roofs with my cleaning business
Can this be directly connected to 120v power as well?
great for anyone not needing to wash 5 cars a day 5 days a week yeah how long does it last on low, medium and hi on 2 largest batteries?!
That turbo whistle come standard?
Hmmm… cordless is cool an I would like to own one but I’m having own ideas that most of the professionals who will need a cordless will want to customize a setup to their own specs. The gun part and hose will be a major drawback. Other manufacturers will likely see the opportunity to cater to this. Anyways, it’s good to see the possibilities are there.
So a pump only makes flow, not pressure. Pressure is created by a restriction to that flow. That means that the speed setting primarily change the flow, not pressure. The pressure changes as the flow changes because we have a fixed nozzle. I’d like to see the GPM for each of the settings. Is the 1.2 GPM only on the “turbo” mode? You would probably want an aftermarket nozzle with a bigger orifice to give you 1.2 gpm and ~1,000 psi in “turbo” mode.
Bummer there’s no stubby option. Excited to test out how much pressure it’s actually pulling
You would want to punt the hose, gun & wand, tips and foam cannon. Mosmatic OG gun, wand, tips and quick disconnects. Griots foam cannon and Obsessed Garage hose. Hopefully EGO will allow you to purchase just the unit. I don't want the cheap accessories and I really don't want to pay them.
you can't tho, the controls are in the gun.@@timkinley1779
Can’t use a generic head like a MTM? no short wand? Universal attachments?
It would be nice to see an electric 120 cable as backup EGO
You have 3 buckets there when a rinseless wash only uses 1? How many buckets will be needed for a single wash?
Forget the environment part, the noise and lack of gasoline smell made me switch over to ego for everything including this and the snowblower
3 Questions: Can I just put the spray tips and foam cannon directly on the snub nose without having to use that long wand thing ? Can I use an aftermarket foam cannon and put that on the snub nose ? If I just hook up an aftermarket snub nose, does that give me the maximum psi and gpm (since I won’t have the option to choose between the three modes) - or will there be an option to switch between the PSI modes directly on the unit so that I can still use my afternoon snub nose ?
all good questions I need answered, before I buy one. will wait for Pan or Obsessed Garage to review it.
When will come to market?
I have several Ego tools, quality with purpose. How long do the batteries last when using two of them?
A single charge of the two included 6.0Ah ARC Lithium™ batteries can last for a maximum of 60 minutes.
Amazing
I’ve never heard of a 3200 PSI electric pressure washer wow!
More Power BABY!
3200 psi is about the size of a pencil stream.
Can it use hot water or just cold?
eGo blower for the dry off
Take my money!!!
If I were to purchase the pressure washer, instead using the bucket for water, can I connect it to the tank instead ?
Cant wait for Matt to tear into this thing. 😂😂😂
My thoughts exactly. He's the end all tell all of pressure washers.
Sound like a big time sniffer
I like the concept but it needs to be adaptable to the MTM foam cannon and the Kobra jet hose. Once they make it adaptable this will be doable.
agreed. plus 2.0 GPM, not 1.2.
I’m using mine with the SGS2 gun and both new MJJC and MTM cannons after watching a few upgrade videos. I’d never used a pressure washer, only rinseless. Loving every wash so far.
How long do the batteries last
Folks, this is going to be a great tool for my mobile needs. I was at the function and the unit is legit but like many I want the ability to use my longer hose and my foam cannons. That is a question hopefully we will get answers soon from EGO.
Thats what I said. Active and EGO head to head i hope.
@@OndAutoValet Not really a comparison, EGO is battery only. ACTIVE requires generator or plug-in or do they make a cordless?
Active does not make a portable battery version.
My head to head is not about the battery/chorded versions. It is more about the Pump/insides than anything else.
Having worked for two detail shops, and a MisterCar Wash. I have gained some insight.
Neither shop used a servicable high end pressure washer meant for the professional industry.
Since then I have long been interested in getting better pressure washers rather than just ones meant for the general consumer.
I am looking forward to EGO making a commercial version if this takes off.
@@OndAutoValet Great point, I think I have heard the Active pump is fully replaceable. Most of the higher end pumps are just replacement unit rather than a parts kit unless in serious duty use. EGO unit likely has replacement parts like many of the brands, just hope it has a longer use (hours) before it needs a new pump.
are those hoses not standard? I would hope they are
How long does the battery last?
It’s a great idea, but the battery cost and battery drainage will likely make me stick with my Sunjoe pw. If the EGO could clean a driveway and sidewalk like a gas pw then I would consider it.
Great!!
How long does it work before batteries die
I don’t know what kind of material it is but it will definitely last lol salesman are good BSers
Give me the stubby gun option and I will buy one!
EGo has many other products--and battery sizes. I want THIS--and one of their chainsaw as well as a power washer. I. want the set of batteries and possibly dual chargers that can be used across product to product. Can all be powered by 6A battery discussed or even the largest 7.5A? Anybody KNOW? Thanks.
This is great but I can't take on anymore battery platforms and no I don't want adapters.
As a mobile detailing startup dummy who will be cleaning fleets,Would you guys recommend this?
If you're doing a bunch vehicles, I'd go with a gas powered unit, lots of hose, and a water tank. You'll want a pump that is rebuildable, not a sealed unit.
Hell no. Just the initial expense of equip., multiple batteries, amd a quick dual battery recharger makes this crazy talk to consider for fleet business.
Gpm?
Now we need Ego carpet extractor
I use distilled water for a spot free rinse
Do you have to connect to a water source or just a bucket of water..???
Connected mine to water hose. Enjoy!!
I wish to buy this?
How many GPM? 2-3 gallons per minute I am assuming.
It's only 1.2 GPM.
Cost of unit?
Man if they get a SKU here with no batteries and no hose/gun, that would be impossible to say no to.
Don’t get me wrong, i always want more batteries and the kit with two batteries is a tremendous value, but offering a cheaper way for customers who already have a ton of batteries/hoses/guns to get into one these makes a ton of sense to me. Similar to how Active sells just the pump.
Either way I couldn’t be more thrilled Ego is going in this direction 🤩
If EGO reads this: Are you going to have one or make it compatible with a concrete scrubber / cleaner for your pressure washer?
Is it enough gpm tho? New to the game and been looking at pressure washers and see everyone mentions to get a pressure washer from like 2-4 gpm
Pleanty for washing a car
@@Carsupplieswarehouse thanks
Greenworkz makes the same thing. Just a matter of which one is better and more reliable.
lol at 5:30 you forgot to put in the b-roll
How much will that pressure washer cost?
no GPM test??
how about a connection for a hose so when you at home ???
It has one…u can use either a bucket of water or straight to hose connection…u use the same connection from then washer.
I need them to get to 2k 2.5gpm
Curious about price of batteries... EGO's products looks like the 'new printer' where the equipment is more cheap then the supplies.
Hi… actually to humbly correct the gentleman, there are products like it in the market… both Bosch and Gardena aquaclean li have had cordless pressure washers in the market for years..in fact Gardena aquaclean has a built in water tank as well… not to mention that Bosch makes industry leading batteries that are adopted across the board in Europe via ampshare…
From DUBAI with ❤
Karcher too…
Makita as well. They have the DHW080 for 18V and just announced the HW001G a few weeks ago that runs on the 40V platform. Unfortunately they didn't launch them in the US market, but maybe if EGO has success with this it might push them to release it. I would need to know more about the interface between the gun and unit before even considering a purchase. Maybe I missed it, but there was no mention if the unit would run without the proprietary gun that comes with it.
Every machine is different. Hence the term "likeness".. Its like it, it just is not that. Or it is EXACTLY the same like is not the same.
Bosch is owned by the same company that makes EGO. 🤣
@@HiddenAgendas I do not think that is actually true brother H.A. . Bosch is privately held and the majority shareholder is still one of the founding family members (Bosch)… whether they own EGO too- or not- is a different matter.. but I do not think a company owns Bosch, as if I recall accurately, it is not a publicly traded firm..
How many gpm is the pressure washer putting out?
The current label shown in the Car Supplies Warehouse is 1.2 GPM which was the same as the original 'spy' photos released earlier this year by EGO. This pre-production model did not have the label on the front.
Open the orfice more and you might get to 1.8 or really close to 2.0gpm
They long gun and wand would have to go!
Needs to be at least 2.4 gpm.
Fact, 1.2 is a joke.
That Tesla is in desperate need for a set of wheel spacers!!!
Dude said “ It’s a really strong plastic but I don’t know what it’s made out of”. Then how the heck would you know it’s strong
What's the total run time in highest pressure setting?
A single charge of the two included 6.0Ah ARC Lithium™ batteries can last for a maximum of 60 minutes.
The stated 60 minute runtime is almost certainly on eco mode. On turbo I'm expecting closer to 30 minutes on 6 ah batteries. I'd buy the bare tool and run it on my 7.5s.
Was wird er kosten
