    at 4:38 you drag 'dripping' image onto your photo and it works but for me the dragged photo is still black (even though i saved it as png.). I can change the blend mode etc but it doesn't get rid off the image outline. How do i get the image inserted seamlessly (like yours) so that i don't have to change the blend mode?

    • @Creeponthis
      @Creeponthis Před 3 lety

      In the video, he uses a layer effect but it can also be done with a gradient fill layer. He explains it around 0:58. If you want to use a gradient fill layer you can hit the adjustment button in the layers tab, then go to gradient map or go to image > adjustments > gradient map, then customize it to the look you want. He uses a radial reversed yellow to white gradient. I believe this should be the same for any version past the creative suite 5 edition. I am using creative cloud on photoshop version 22.3 and it works as excepted.
