Mr. Sibbal has undertaken an excellent initiative that bridges the gap between people and the judiciary. I kindly request you, sir, to continue this series, providing us with wisdom and insight.🙏
Broken brain 😂😂😂😂😂@brokenbrain 😂😂😂
Sir, this k sibal is well known alleged anti national? Most of his clients are goons, like Azam khan, muktar ansari, atiq khan, etc and other clients are pak agents? 😅 he is mp from a notorious alleged Goonda party!? 😅 his all argument in SC are anti national anti india?! 😮he is dangerous to society!? He has allegedly committed contempt of SC also but escaped jail!? If court gives judgement in his favour, court is independent but if he loses his case, by his irrelevant argument, Court are sour to him. This is his attitude!?? Very fakery?

Really great opportunity given to us people AND citizens and of course as said by one of the participants judge nobody brother after retirement. Excellent conversation indeed , Mr Kapil Sibal , senior Supreme Court advocate ! Kindly carry it on . The citizens of this country will get an opportunity to know how the esteemed judges of our constitutional courts , High courts and supreme courts think about the multiple problems and issues of the people and how serious and committed they are in their efforts of giving justice to them against all odds.
Really enlightening perspective from the former forbearers of the institution of Justice. Great issue taken in hand. 🙏🙏

When they are in office - they do nothing what they say now.

We must thank Sibal ji for bringing learned SC judges in a discussion and providing us a peep into their deep thoughts and analysis on various issues and challenges being faced by higher judiciary in this country. We look forward to listening to many such informative and educative discussion in future.
Correct 👍
Thank you Mr Sibal. Please continue to highlight the plight of our judicial system.
Very interesting and important discussion .🙏
We want more conversations like this as it is very inspirational to hear from such judges about the insights on Indian judiciary
Very important and relevant things have been taken by the panel 👏👏👏👏 Thank you Mr Sibbal 🙏🙏
Thank you sir for this wonderful session. Hope to hear more.
Such an informative & lucrative debate is necessary in order to save the judiciary & solemn institution. As the point raised by Mr. Sibbal regarding the the brother judges who always maintain angelic silence. If brother judge feels to disagree he must do the so .

Thumbs-up to the panelist.Reflects they are deeply worried about the Judicial process.Great initiative, at least Hon'ble CJI's must watch and prevail course of correction. Judiciary democracy at cat on the wall.
Admiring attitude of these Gentlemen makes me to feel that we were privileged. Really a great attempt by Kapil bring them to a public platform atleast their interaction definitely will help us how the prestigious top court was functioning/ to function
If possible, Please ask Sr. Adv. Dusyant Dave to join. Would love to hear his views too.
I will understand, as he's still not retired, if it doesn't happen.
Very engaging discussions. 👍🏼👍🏼
Veey great judges with sibbal sahab on the most important issue of differnce of opinions of judges in passing a public issue but solution is only the constitution, s mandate even vide mandate of article 375 of the constitution ,, basically if supreme court judges will deviate from mandate of preamble and mandate of article 21 ,, 14,, 19 ,,, and press into judgement their own views ,, there would be anamolies ,, it is not that a person with experience of years as judge is fit to become a judge of a superior court ,, having taken oath in the name of constitution does not change the orginal charector
Great job Shree kapil sibal sir. Thank You. Keep awakening
Well timed beginning for this intellectual analysis 👍
very good initiative and great conversation
Very timely & interesting discussion, Thanks Mr Sibal.
Thank you for enlightening us about the law judges
congratulation Sir for organising excellent conversation ! Hope our judiciary function can be improve and citizen right matter will be address sou motu at earliest as suggested by the Ex Judges !
Excellent programs and so enlightening.
Excellent session to know judiciary in simple manner thanks all in national interest.
Very insightful especially for a civilian like myself.
Do hope Kapil gets a good sound engineer for these recordings. Not very audible unlike the rest.
In my opinion, difference in looking is grown up in sc judges due to the cause of avoiding art 13 of IC, which is too much unfortunate situation for the citizens of india. How to overcome needs to be looked into.
Very interesting points are on the table.
Every knowledgeable person listening this wonderful conversation ❤ I am wetting next episodes
Wonderful conversation. Such initiatives will definitely help and make Judiciary stronger.
I wish I can go back and go to a law school. I hope it is not too late to take up law.
Justice Madan Lokur , Justice Ananga Patnaik, & Justice Deepak Gupta were the guests today.....read about them
Credit goes to Sibal advocate to raise issues concerning justice in courts. Why judges wants to leave it to executives or government which would scuttle down to courts to follow in their dictates. It is high time to improve judiciary and its administration so that people start believing in courts rather than netas
The services of the retired supreme court judges should be utilized in capacities that will help to maintain the ethical and moral standards of the judiciary.
Aptly covered the most burning issues in the legal fraternity about the rotting in the judiciary because of some judges . The public is well aware much in advance as to what will be the outcome of the case on the basis of appearing contesting parties
these conversations are an assets of incomparable value, thank you Mr. Kapil Sibal.
This is what Nation wants to hear spilling beans… I appreciate the initiative that’s being taken up by Mr Great Sibal 🫡

Sare reforms judges ko retirement ke baad dhyan me ate hai , judge rehte Hue kabhi bhi koi Kutch nai karta
Absolutely 💯 right observation.
Thank you sibal sir for such a wonderful session
Excellent conversation between the eminent jurists
Mr Sibal never disappoints
Justice- Michael Sandel
Is court fixer charge true? Are Judges also biased? Is there any mechanism to identify such incidents and take appropriate action to improve the Judicial system.
Really Productive Conversation.
Will look forward to watch such upcoming conversations.
What a meeting! ❤
Good initiative!
This is the problem of common law. We need to train our lawyers with the principle based legal system rather than precedent based legal system.
Great lawyer,great spokesman, great MP
There have been only CONVERSATIONS. No CONCRETE ACTIONS. CONVERSATIONS DONT COST YOU ANYTHING. HAPPY CONVERSING. ALL THE BEST.
