Grabe yung Des and Wong connections lethal siya pero hindi masyado namaximize baka strategy siguro kasi ang lakas ng palo ni Des cheng pag maganda yung pass pero if ever broken play talagang porsyento kay Kat. Ang lala ng Floor defense ng Choco Mucho Des Den and Isa grabe tapos si Wong may depensa din. It worked well hopefully makapasok sa Final 4!

Grabe sobrang solve ako haha. Solomon ng UAAP and Tolentino ng PVL, my fave opposite hitterssss. Idk pero sobrang nasasatisfy ako sa approach, swing and attacks nila. Parehas matangkad at parehas malakas🖤
Kudos to team CMFT, dahil mas nabigyan ng spotlight si Des Cheng at Ogunsanya and look where they are now. Mas lumabas yung lakas nila compared nung sa F2 pa sila.
Chocomucho is so lucky to have Isa and Des. They are every coach dreams who are spikers that are reliable not just in offense but also in defense.

@@erickdelossantos4411 maraming pedeng reason, I watched her in SEA games and pansin ko na hindi sya comfortable with serve, it can be a reason but and sinasabi ko sa comment ko is her defense, she used to be bad at defense
I observed na grabe yung improvement nila Kat and Mylene siguro International stint really helped them to become really a pro and powerful that could help their team big time.

Safe play lang ginawa niya. Sa future games baka mautilize na niya sila Molde at Cheng.
Molde had alot of successful backrow this play sa 3rd set medyo mababa lang set ni wong kaya misan not over the net
Hindi pa masyadong gamay ni Wong backset formula for Molde and Cheng (more on nabababaan yung 2). If makuha yan ni Deanna, sobrang sakit sa ulo na kalaban ang CMFT knowing kayang magdeliver ng spiker nya sa lahat ng zone.

umiba attack form ni ponggay di na awkward yung approach. Moooooolde's improvement is so lit! Kat Tolentino plays like not a local player, she played like an import this game.

Her attacks are just okay, but not import caliber. Nililihis nya lang Palo nya, at 6'2" she could attack at above 3 m kahit Meron pang three blockers. Pero hindi eh. Mas malakas pa rin talaga at patusok atake ni Solomon sa kanya.

Unpopular Opinion: CMFT's weakness -- too many MIDDLE BLOCKERS.
I believe that a solid starting lineup of CMFT is the key for a podium finish. Main gunners in the open would be Isa and Des is already okay. Timely substitutions just in case off ang game, Ponggay and Regine can come in. They have a solid Opposite in Kat and reliable Setter in Deanna. It also helps that they have steady players for substitutions for Kat and Deanna in Caitlyn and Jem, this is usually used as crucial substitutions to keep a solid frontline in a rotation or change the complexity of the game if need be.
All the substitutions I have mentioned so far are advantageous for CMFT. However, when it comes to the MB position, they have -- BDL as captain, Maddie who is injured, Palec who is barely used, Cherry Nunag and Aduke Ogunsanya. Honestly, I think Nunag and Ogunsanya is the better option for the team for now and for this season. And it is detrimental for the team to add BDL in the rotation especially when the two are playing really well. Ogunsanya was doing really good and it is sad to see her on the bench. Umiinit pa lang siya, I think she could have contributed more given more playing time. Solid attacks for Nunag was evident in the game as well. Sayang lang kasi hindi din fixed kung kailan siya ipapasok, and I think that is hard for her.
Shanen Palec has been with CMFT for as long as I can remember. However, ginagamit lang siya kapag they have a comfortable lead or kung may patapon na game (no bearing game like CMFT vs Cherry Tigo, Open Conference). Sad reality is she is not used or even considered to be a reliable sub.
Now what will happen if we have a healthy playing Maddie Madayag back on court? Will coach O continue this unnecessary substitutions just to give all four MBs a playing time? We have seen how CCS and NU swept their respective conferences. One thing worth noting to those championship wins is the presence of a core starting 6 that usually plays the entire game throughout the entire conference.

@@Afavess Sinong e-elbowhin nya don? Si Valdez or Galanza? Yon lang pag magsama si Faith at Alyssa, medyo ligwak sa depensa. Mabuti si Galanza, Ganda ng fd. Pero she and Valdez combined, hindi lalayo sa attacking efficiency si Belen, pero lalamangan talaga Sila ng isa sa depensa at reception, plus sa service. At sa ganda ng reception ni Nierva, parang baka mag ala Japan si Jaja sa bigay ni Lamina.
P.s. Si Jaja talaga ang most efficient attacker, stats says even in past games. Attacks/Attempts minus error.

Hindi naman ata sila naka kontrata kasi ang cherry tiggo mixed naman yan ng players from different universities. May players from NU, DLSU, and UST. Si faith naman di rin sure sa choco mucho yan, baka mag akari pa yan si faith dahil kay de brito. And mas gusto ko rin na kalat lahat ng magagaling na players, para naman maging competitive ang liga and hindi boring

CMFT still lack a bit more threat from zone 4. Their passing and defense is good but needs more consistency from the Opens. I hope Molde would always be consistent from set to set as i feel like she would become the second option in attack.

@@ajdy8420 I'd rather have Rondina stay focus on Beach Volleyball as her and Pons are doing pretty well. Going for Indoor Volleyball will badly affect their Beach VB game because it has different tactics.
@@unclestan Molde is actually pretty good if she plays on fire. I remember back then in a championship match vs FEU, she had a very high 46% efficiency rate in spiking and she was so focused into the match. I feel like she needs a little mental coaching as for her to be consistent from match to match, she has a bit of tendency to be lazy in the court. If they want to match Creamline's Open spikers, she has to step up.

Molde didn't improve. She just came back to her healthy form (noting her floor defense will always be consistent to her, just a fact). She will be a great threat for others if Deanna will master her backrow set. Brazil training greatly helps Kat to be this more explosive. How I wish she could leap higher to be more more deadly but given her 3 ACLs I think I should be contented with her jump :(
yess, fan na fan ako ni molde, Im happy na bumalik na yung form niya, sana mabigyan siya ng maraming set next game. true din na meron na talaga siyang defense, kakagulat lang yung biglang ipapasok si gaston ehh maganda naman yung performance niya.
soo truee im a fan since her rookie days and yung pinapakita nya wala pa talaga yan she can easily perform 20+ points easily if maximize lang kaso andyan si kat mostly kanya ang bigay

I’m a CMFT fan but I still see a Kat centric team. Deanna needs to build a strong connection to all her spikers if they want to win against stronger teams like Creamline, Petro Gazz and Cignal.
@@arieltolones1359 look at the stat sheets. Kat got 33% of all sets and scored 20 attack points. Next to her, Isa, got 16% of all sets and only scored 7 attack points.
You don’t see that kind of disparity between attackers for Creamline, Petro Gazz, Cignal and even teams like PLDT and ARMY.
Can't agree more with this. Distribution talaga ng bola ang isa sa key ng CMFT para mas maka-level sa malalakas na team and the setters have to work more on this.
