    You guys missing the fact that every h2 from factory is heavily restricted, There is a lot power to harvest from the bikes. Normal h2 got the same 197hp from factory but with ecu flash and open air filter and full system it got up to 250HP (240HP on h2 sx) at the rear wheel and those are basic mods that everyone is doing on their bikes, Also if you change the supercharger blades on the h2 it gets 276HP at the rear wheel which is basically h2r. There is no question about that in straight line it'll be the fastest naked bike even beating some superbikes up to sorted speeds. The question is how strong are your neck muscles?

      @husky701rider9 Před 4 lety

      Texarmageddon I could be wrong but isn’t it a gear driven supercharger? No belt right? So it’s not technically a “pulley” your changing.

    • @Fearless154
      @Fearless154 Před 4 lety +4

      @@Texarmageddon It's gear driven supercharger no pulley fyi, The upgrades are supercharger's gears and the impeller to match the h2r's boost. I never done the supercharger mods myself i done only ecu flash with full system and air filter but the dyno tune shop said if i want more power this are the supetcharger mods i should be doing to get it up to h2r's performance.

    Even specs and power the Ducati street fighter v4s are slightly higher than Kawasaki. But I just personally stay away from Ducati . As a Kawasaki owner for years, Japanese bikes are far more reliable and Hassle -free than Italian’s. However, anyway, none of Ducati are designed for daily use . Instead all of them Ducati are built up for racing.

      Completely agree. This 200hp-for-everything madness is crazy for streetbikes, while a 250 four will sound amazing, will have the trick-ness factor that the current crop of small capacity twins lack, and can (probably) be thrashed on the road without ending up in prison or worse. Plus, sorry to say it, but I think every aspect of the ZH2 looks absolutely munting. If you crop away the rest of the bike and focus in on details they individually look sort of OK, even interesting, but as a whole it just looks like a mess. Reminds me of Kyoto train station - a high-profile, high marketing product-project designed by commitee and compromise, rather than by one person's vision (compared to the wonderfully bonkers and beautiful first supercharged H2, a Kiyomizudera temple of a thing (without the awful stock exhaust, of course)).

      Right you are! I admire folks who admire the bike just as it is; mostly because they can buy and ride it, just as it is. To me, it’s the engine that gets my pulse up, so I hope Kawasaki keeps developing other platforms to widen its appeal. I’d be seriously interested if Kawasaki developed a BMW XR like model that was ergonomically similar to the Versys 1000 LT. Make it under 500 lbs with reasonably sophisticated electronics under $20 000 and . . . yikes!

As for the ducati an KTM big numbers are easy to print and not to mention the reliability of the Ninja is far better so you can enjoy it more. P.S. H2R is 326Hp

      @Hee Hee dunno what you've been riding, but my friend and my cousin have had ducatis ( couple of them over the years) and neither one broke down or left them stranded. Bike works just fine when you know how to treat it and service it, a lot of neighbour mechanics are nowdays who think they know but 🤷‍♂️

    This bike is getting a lot of criticism over it's styling and weight. The new Ducati Streetfighter is way lighter and more powerful. There is clearly some compromises made with this bike to keep costs down. I have have heard 17,000 US dollars which equates to around 13,200 of your English pounds which if true is not bad for a super-charged naked.

      Do you reckon it'd make it the cheapest ~200hpish bike? Must be close if not

      @@motobob Yes, definitely. If this price is about right it will be cheaper than all it's competition including the Yam MT10 SP and way cheaper than the Ducati Streetfighter V4 and the new SuperDuke.

    Motorcycles are getting ridiculous. Maybe I'll buy a nice Royal Enfield Classic 500 single and putt along the backroads around here. Plus I get to keep my motorcycle and car driver's license!

      Agree that there's a lot to be said for riding a slow bike fast rather than a fast bike slow. I really enjoyed testing the Sinnis 125 Terrain a few months back because I had the throttle pinned everywhere I went
