good product, i even managed to apply it on colder temps, which you can't do with other similar products. perfect for winter prep on all exterior glass and side mirrors. 👍
Ordered today after satisfaction with several other IW products.
Ok, I tried this and it is ridiculously good. Not sure how long it'll last but it is very effective to start.
I've used this product on my cleaned and clayed windscreen (new wipers since 2 months ago), only did i notice the day after that using the wipers caused to haze up my windscreen, my windscreen wasn't really clear to see through. After a minute or so it did become better though. Any ideas or suggestions?
Could this work on top of an existing glass ceramic coating? This appears to have a better "sliding angle" than many glass coatings.
Looks great, can see the spray head leaked product the same happens with your Ghost product, the spray heads are very poor.
Unfortunately they are just generic like everyone else sues but we have found an Italian supplier who is really good for going forward
How durable is it mate? Also before applying it should you use a panel wipe to make sure the glass is completely free of any old sealants/contaminates etc?
And once applied do you buff off immediately?
Thanks,
Charlie
Hi Charlie, a panel wipe or a strong glass cleaner would be ideal. In many cases, this is all that's required. With Diamond vision, you can leave it for a really long time actually. Some leave for over an hour but I find the sweet spot is 10 mins
Fantastic, thank you!
can I buy this in the US?
Yes so go and get it you smelly yank
Will this work for mirrors too ?
yes it does, all exterior glass can be protected with DV.
yes its ideal on all glass surfaces
I noticed in instructions it says to avoid rubbers and plastics - is it definitely good on wipers then?
If I've used glass cleaner as part of a regular wash, is it likely that I've actually been stripping sealant? Will a panel wipe take it out or do I need to polish/clay any existing protection off?
That’s a good question, the only reason it says to avoid the rubbers and plastics is due to it leaving a darkening effect behind. It’s not unsafe but visually could look untidy if you allowed the residue to dry on.
In terms of cleaning regular glass cleaner is perfect. Clay or any abrasive will remove the protection.
@@InfinityWax Perfect, thanks. Will try claying or panel wipe and reapply after the next wash.
