Does anyone know how to answer why i buy a 4K movie on CZcams ( ex Goolgle Play Movies ) and it play's in 480P here im my PC? And here watch the trailer in 8K !

Even if you buy in 4K, unless your internet is stable and fast, it won't play in 4K.
Do you get an option to lock resolution to 2160p?
its an issue related to movie piracy, the only way to watch in 4k is from a google device (chromecast) or on IOS/Android
