I adore this place! I kinda love the kitchen as is, except I’d remove that white lacquer cabinet thing and put in more of the blue cabinets, add some counter space. I’ve mentally moved in and started working on it. 😂

Ciao Fiorella and Aden, I agree with Aden about the kitchen and living room. I also agree with you Fiorella on the bathroom off the kitchen, I would only keep the toilet, move it to the opposite wall, put a smaller sink on the same wall, I would move the washing machine into there and put in a dryer. I would assume, (which I shouldn't) that if they have skylights, we could probably raise the ceiling in the upstairs bathroom for a bigger shower. In the US a room is considered a bedroom if it has a closet. I really love the location of the house. I live in the city, so I love all action and noise. Thanks for showing this listing. Great location!
I do believe that you need to mention the towns without mentioning the street names. There will always be one person to stuff things up for everyone else, by crossing the line, but at the expense of everyone else. It would be like saying we have a great house to show you in NSW, Australia, and as you both know, there are towns and there are towns, some by the beach, some inland, but all very different!.
Unfortunately that's the way we need to do it for the time being.

On the top floor I would have the shower one side and the toilet on the other side where they have the storage.

The "bathrooms": Yikes! For 65K I would like to have 1 proper bathroom with a proper sectioned-off shower.
Love, love love the main floor! The bedrooms and bathrooms are disappointing. 😬 Too cramped and not enough natural light upstairs. Also wish it had a rooftop terrace.
