Is it completely fantastical to think that one could pay someone to do all the administrative work from start to finish of a move from the US to Italy or is it a complicated road alone?

I think this is a great find. Two questions- when you said you couldn't go out on the balcony, was that due to the tricky ankle, or something else? Second question- the mountain view is AMAZING, but what's the proximity to the water? As always, thank you!
Hi Neil! n answer to your question, the door was shut and barred so I did not want to mess with it. Plus you never know and it si good to check with an architect or geometra as to structural safety. For question #2, the river is right there in front of the property and the beaches are about a 10-15 minute price away. Very close.
I love this little villa. Here in Indonesiai all bathrooms have " butt guns". And some of us have toilets with built-in water streams. No need fot a bidet.
Hi Valerie, The parking for the historic center is a short walk from the house. The town features bars restaurants a marketing a butcher shoo so all your immediate needs are met. In Addition Scalea is a short drive where you can get anything you need.
You gotta love a butt gun. I opted for that in my new apartment renovation to allow for a walk in shower. The views here are great and it is a lovely little village near great hiking trail in the national park.

Hi Jenny, Yes the town has a market, butcher, bars and restaurants. In addition Scalea is very close by and they have the huge grocery store there.

Good choice on the butt gun! It save space! I love orson. Marso and is Spring it is just the prettiest.

Yes but not within walking distance. The closest one is Marcellina or Scalea.
