I love this Europian doors and windows, it is easy to open and you have options how to keep open to have air circulation. Nothing like in America ,it is hard to open and it is a single glass very bad quality here. Even the houses they built from plasters and cheap materials like chicken house in Europe.I love the quality of the houses in Europe! ❤😊
This tilting function for windows and doors is a common thing in Europe. The real advantage is that you don't have to open the entire window just to get fresh air. This has advantages, especially when it's cold outside...

Definitely need to have a shower on first floor where the two bedrooms are. Would nice if possibility of buying part of the back property for a garden and car park. House has been renovated nicely. Lots of windows and light. Nice town.
guys, that is, in Italy there are intercoms, everywhere. Perhaps not in ruins, not in old semi-destroyed houses in need of renovation. The most important brands in Italy are: Urmet, B TICINO, Vimar Elvox videocitofonia,Brady, Proxe
I think the price reflects all the renovations and improvements. The large fridge is great and all the furniture is included. I don’t know about Italy but in the US just floors, kitchen, bathrooms, heating and ac plus the nice windows is about 100k

I have seen this before, lovely house in excellent condition.
That house is amazingly clean and my favorite part was the sink and toilet fixtures in the gold and chrome. Are yard sprinkler systems a thing there? I see many front yards that don’t appear to have any. Great video and house, thank you

Still, I think the price is a bit high for Molise and not on the sea.
I'd put the shower in that 1st floor bath where the toulet is and move the toilet to where the bidet is. That way you can have a bigger shower.
I really like that large master suite.

What I do like about some of your videos is how you speak on the ceiling height. I would love to get a home in Italy but being 6'8" (203.2 cm) tall and rather large I am often concerned whether I could stand up straight and not knock on the roof rafters. The showers over there look so wee and tiny.... LOL... Thank you for your content!
