Well presented, succinct and great visuals.
I wonder if the rules change a bit if the product is virtual (game) rather than physical.
With the massive growth in the video game industry, it won’t be surprising if a third service pops up (to compete with kickstarter and indiegogo) that only hosts video games/virtual products.
Thanks so much! There are already sites popping up for other niches like tabletop games and hardware so I could see that happening for video games!

👍🏻👍🏻Very informative video!
Thank you!
Don't forget about YAW VR 2 had similiar situation with inflationary costs and how much they are burning through all their money. Still waiting for my product sadly.
Thanks for sharing that example. I’ll check it out
You were too generous to some of the companies. Zano literally lied in their marketing videos, that's fraud.
Appreciate the feedback and I agree that they misled backers with their marketing videos which is a form of fraud.

Hey mate, wanted to ask, are apps successful on kickstarter? For what I’ve seen they don’t have a lot of funding.
There isn't a lot of success with apps on Kickstarter mainly because of the business model behind apps. Most are freemium or subscription based models which don't make sense to crowdfund. Backers are looking for tangible rewards that they pay one time for.
hey there, interesting video,
just a little nitpick that might be just a pesonal preference but i dont really see the point in you being on screen gesticulating
takes one out of the flow when the screen should be used for visualizing what youre talking about.
But that might just be me
I talk a lot with my hands haha I’ll work on toning it done a bit 😅
@@launchboom_official oh thats not really my gripe, i just find looking at people distracting if its about something thst could be illustrated with video rolling.
But this seems to be the opposite of what people watch judging from it getting more common so probably im probably an anomaly 😂
Great video, good information and advice, but try to lose the hand gestures, very distracting since you’re not a hearing impaired interpreter 👍🇨🇦
Haha thanks for the feedback. Still working on my delivery ;)
