It seems to all come down to whether or not you want points or straight cash back. For those who don’t want to worry about transferring points then the Blue Business Cash seems like a great card, but for people like us who want to maximize value from their cards, then the Blue Business Plus is the way to go! @@AH23794 one hard pull for my first Amex which was the gold and then the BBP was the second it was a soft pull. And in my opinion the BBP is the best Amex card hands down because I get 2x on every dollar I spend anywhere. While the Gold only Supermarkets and Restaurants. So whenever I go eat or grocery shopping I use the Gold, everything else I use the BBP and I get 2x back on anything I buy. It’s the best Duo👍

I have the cash one because it's one of the easiest things I do with my business and I like that it's automatically applied to the statement.
When I applied for this card, I was a cashback guy! I talked to an American Express Rep and they said I can change to the BBP after a year!
My wife has a bit stronger Credit score than I have. We applied for our Church Ministry just yesterday, and got approved for $2K for the Business Cash :)

I’m leaning towards the BBC because of its simplistic $250 statement credit after you spend $5,000 in qualifying purchases within 6 months. 🤔💭
I got the Blue Business Plus recently, and they let me spend over the limit during the first month. Overall, a great card if you like MR points. And now I have a no annual fee home for my MR points, so I’m not locked into any annual fee cards.
I did the same thing. I get tired of paying the Green card $150 annual fee here in the USA, my MR points are safe. I have the Blue Business Plus also as well as the no fee EveryDay card. I'm more than prepared and won't lose my points.
I just got approved for the BBP on June 20th and I love it!! It will stack well with my Amex Green

Just applied for Blue business Plus as my 1st approval instant approval 10k limit my 3nd amex card i have the amex gold and wells fargo propel
If you get the Amex business checking account they are both 2% cash back, except that the BBP has the potential to use points instead if you’re into that. Just a thought.

I have the blue business cash card and it's been great.
Got the BBP, Amazon Business back in May. Just got the personal green last week. Amex has gotten and will continue to get the majority of our spending here on a family trip in Oahu for the next 5 weeks. 🤗🌈❤️🤙🏾
Take a Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Sadly, not every place accepts Amex or Discover. I took all 4 on a recent cruise. Doesn't hurt.

@@chhinchhem3816 Plus, I didn't have enough cash to do a foreign exchange if any, at all, so looking at labels that said what cards certain business establishments accepted definitely helps.
@@chhinchhem3816 When I went on a cruise back in March 2022, there were a few places that didn't take Amex. Had a Visa, Mastercard and Discover on hand

I just got approved for the Blue Business Cash today with a starting limit of $2000 at a sole prop. I have 5 credit cards with Amex, so I'm maxed out. I have the Blue Business Plus still and the Citi Double Cash. I have 3 cards of 2x or 2%. I like that the Blue Business Plus and Cash along with the Amazon Business Prime card don't report to my personal credit unless I default. Mine was a pending review as well and they wanted to send my bank information and I didn't get no information and when I spoke to a rep and checked my application status online, they said I was approved. I wasn't eligible for the welcome bonus, but that's ok, but at least its no annual fee. I have to remember that the cash back on the Business Cash autodeems my points at the end of the month for statement credit only. That's the only thing that sucks, but the rest I can live with.
I have them both blue business plus 16k , blue business cash 10k. In a near future I will get the gold but it doesn’t make sense for me right now

Yes that is a personal card. And that is the Blue cash preferred. I want that card for 6% on streaming as well. I have the green and the BBP for my MR points accumulation

These are great cards but they have a cap on spend. Paypal just dropped there new business credit card 2 percent back on everything and no cap. basically the same as the personal version. Did you know about Paypal dropping a business card yesterday? Appreciate the content Buddy. Been a long time subscriber

For Amex, they've got two systems. Using points for statements credits is less valuable than cash back statement credits.
If you choose one and decide in a year that the rewards program isn’t right for you, are you able to product-change to the other?
I was told no. I would have to do a fresh application if I'm under 5 credit cards with Amex. Not including charge cards like the Green, Gold, Platinum and Centurion. But since its a business card and I already have a relationship with Amex, it would be a soft pull. I have both the Blue Business Plus and Cash.
can you open BB+ and close gold or platinum but keep points acquired with gold or platinum

I do have the every day preferred the blue cash preferred and the Hilton Honors I am in good standing with American Express and I also hear if you are a member applying for that business card will be a soft pul😄

Can I transfer my Reward Points from this card to my points to the Charles Schwab Amex Plat?
If you add a new BBP to the same Amex account as your Schwab card, the points should be pooled.
