Alot of these aftermarket EFI systems are geared towards the car "hobbiest" not enthusiasts who know how to properly tune and drive to the highest vacuum. Waste of money.
How’s your mpg ? I have the same set up and mine gets pretty bad gas mileage . Probably need to tune my carb or adjust timing like you said in the video .
Check your float adjustment Chinese carbs aren't adjusted right the float adjustment is to high causes excessive gas to enter on hills etc. Another thing is jets your gonna run little leaner more mpg so great power valve and a good running engine hot with the right jets shouldn't hick up when the choke is on cold because of the power valve helps also when the engine needs power or is kinda cold and needs little extra gas. I suggest a 13/16" float adjustment and to jet the carb for your engine to run smoothly and get mpgs. Definitely any Engine runs better after jet up if you think it's running to lean when it's cold 2 sizes up and start from there I have an engine that's so cold I give it gas without choke it will backfire threw the intake not good might have to jet up 2 is a good idea.
What did you do with the vacuum lines on the carb including the line that goes to the choke? Im currently switching from 1 barrel to 2 barrel just like you are in the video
If a guy knows what hes doing you can make a motor scream with a 2 barrel
That's the truth
Show me how to time my motor I just swapped from efi
do an efi converstion. That's another 75 hp easy, and with better fuel economy
Definitely will save you some fuel money!

I haven't checked but it's not good. It takes a lot of pedal to move these 35s!
@@slaterrockshop4564 I’m also running 35s and I’m getting about 6 to 7 mpg . No fun.
@@Fercho42 you could try running smaller jets in it, or go back to the single barrel

You can plug the vacuum lines you don't need. The choke is supposed to have a heat tube that goes to exhaust
Ok thank you. The only problem. I'm having now is getting the timing right with the new hei distributor
