Fitted for the driver and got it 2 weeks ago shot +3 gross first round on a 10 handicap.

I too was just fitted and bought the driver. It out performs my TSR2. Distance is comparable to my Paradym Triple Diamond. I will be trying the 3 and 5 woods and definitely the hybrids.
Just purchased the ST Max Driver it’s incredible so easy to hit, and long, looks and feels phenomenal love it
Put the ST-MAX Driver and 3W in the bag - With the Driver, gained 7 yards off the tee in 1 month over the Cally GBB. Like the sound as well. Every drive just sounds like it's going fast.
I have the three wood. Wow. Came from a StealthRocket at 13.5. This set at 14 is equal in carry distance and significantly easier to tag off fairway. From the tee it is same total to Stealth and so easy to go after one. It’s time to try that hot hybrid!
I’ve been waiting for this one. I can’t wait for the high MOI bracket. This year the Mizuno ST Max driver and fw interest me as much as the Ping G430 diver and fw lineup. I wish the Taylormade Qi10 fw was adjustable. That’s a non starter for me.

MKii woods. They have completely changed my wood game.

Great video and agree on all counts. I saw similar results with slightly less efficiency than others but it made up for it with the high launch and low spin like Ian said.
Please include the TSR2 in the bracket. I don’t think many consider it in the high MOi category but it definitely is. That and the ST-Max were the best overall performers in my fitting.

Great video as always. Great to hear you giving the thumps up to these woods. I recently purchased the st max and love it. It seems to have a slight draw bias for me.

Mizuno woods are super underrated.
Would love to see this driver up against ZX5 Mkii LS. Seems like those two are the kings of forgiving LS drivers. Maybe throw TSr2 in there too
Mikey, you should sound just a little bit more excited that you are going to test the Mizuno in a high MOI driver bracket. It's not the end of the world. Keep the boss happy.
I never understood the whole bigger looking driver inspires confidence, I find modern size driver heads awkward and intimidating personally. Guess that's why I'm gaming the TM BRNR, but I'd like to see a 350-400 CC range proper driver, if one exists let me know chat.

I have the ST-Max 3wood with the kaili blue shaft and might actually hit it too high with too much spin off the deck. I have a ping 425 5w with the kaili white that launches with a flatter traj. Most hits, both clubs carry about the same, unfortunately. Experimenting with the 3w to lower launch and spin, but may end up picking up kaili white profile shaft for it.
I messed up and just bought an older Mizuno 220 ST-X hybrid. I should have just spent the money on one of these.
Love the hybrid. It’s definitely a little too draw biased.

For a Max club, that driver is ridiculously low spin.
That was the aim.
Thinking of adding the 4 hybrid to my driver, 3 wood and 5 wood. Custom fit has different shaft options for the hybrid. Got hzrdus smoke green for driver and 10g more for fairways. What shaft would you recommend for the hybrid ?
Do I go up another 10g with the hzrdus smoke black option?
Question is it as good as the MP 001 tour was in distance and sound

All in on the hybrid and wood. The driver sounds dull.
It’s not dull or sound like a baseball bat,I bought it last week,played 18 holes,love it,very forgiving with good distance,hope this helps….
Thought Mizuno only made up to 5 hybrids....
I just found the driver too left biased….. I think most people will genuinely just go for it because it’s cheaper than the rest 🤷🏼♂️
