How to make a tooled leather bifold wallet. In this leather craft video I show the meticulous process of making a custom tooled leather bifold wallet from beginning to end. The wallet is made from natural vegetable tanned leather that has been hand finished and hand stitched throughout. The outer panel of the wallet has been designed to have the appearance of multiple layers of leather by utilizing tooling techniques with the addition of faux stitch lines. This combination gives the outer wallet panel a nice detailed look while keeping the panel thin by not actually adding any extra leather layers. The inside of the wallet features 6 card slots in total, in addition, a pocket is located behind each set of slots. This wallet also features a separate card flap that can be used to store an ID or other cards that may need to be visible and require quick access.
