Although uniforms are seen by some as uniformity, they have important advantages. Parents are freed from worrying about what to dress their children in every day. It eliminates discrimination among friends because of the way they dress. If they get dirty or torn and can no longer be worn, they can easily be replaced. It is easy to get the same clothes. If a child, especially a toddler, gets lost, it is easy to find out which educational institution he or she belongs to.

Growing up in the UK and living in Australia, as a school teacher, wearing a uniform and seeing kids in uniform is normal for me. It is a great leveller. You don't think about as a kid because everyone does it, until you get into the last couple of years when you are a bit over it.

制服は見た目の貧富の差を無くしたり冠婚葬祭の時のフォーマルにもなるから良いんだよね。詰め襟やセーラー服は軍服から来てるから一応フォーマルにもなる。

Hey Guys :) When my kiddo still went to public school she had uniforms in elementary school and I have to say it made things much easier instead of trying to figure out what the outfit for the day would be. She liked her uniforms to simple for the ease of the morning!. he he he I already got a sneak peak on the move thanks to Ruth. 制服で思い当たるのは、1年生の時にはサイズが大きかったのに、卒業する３年生の時には小さくなっていて、自分自身の成長を感じたことですね。今のように裕福でない時代なので、皆制服は３年間着続けました。中には兄弟の着ていた制服を着ていた子もいました。

Our boys wore uniforms from k through 12. They attended Catholic schools. There always seemed to be a positive change in attitude when the children were in uniforms . Thanks for the fashion show.

My daughter was a yandere for Halloween, back when she was 10. I found her a Japanese high school uniform on Amazon. She looked like a real student in it! (Except for the toy knife and fake blood! 😂). And she was babbling random Japanese words while she was walking around! 😂😂 Best Halloween ever!
