    Hello! Can anyone help me with this question: Does online learning/distance learning also fall into this criteria? I live out of North Dakota, but if I wanted to choose UoND as a school, would I be able to? Waived tuition?! I think yes! I am the spouse of a 100% disabled veteran and only just starting realize the benefits offered through Chapter 35! It is true what they say - information IS power!
