I'm a combat veteran who almost died in combat and I'm a hundred percent so if they can't help me I don't know who they're helping. Dude it’s literally simple. You letting your own emotions get in the way is your own downfall don’t go blaming them just yet. I say “just yet” cus you quit before any actual issue came up. Print off the paperwork they require you to sign and fill out then email back to them and take the cognitive test on a computer they sent a link to on email and then they’ll have your meeting done as needed

I completed the VRE program and received the chapter 31 SA. Recently, my discharge was upgraded to an honorable. Could I change my election from chapter 31 SA to P911 SA?
Great program, they paid for me to get my degree in Architecture. Only down side is after graduation, they only give you $1200 and you better hope you get a job within 2 months because after that you on your own
I have looked all over the M28C online and done searches via google to find info on how the VR&E Ch 31 claims should handle terminally ill veterans, or veterans w/ALS. Priority processing of patients whose C File is flagged ALS does not exist in the VR&E program. Is that true? If not, what citations are there for this?

So I have approximately 17 days remaining. I was just found entitled for VR&E however, VRC said “I could only receive 12 months of benefits”. Based on my situation and current guidance, is my VRCs statement agree with current guidance?
Depends what track of service you them agreed upon that’s what they use to dictate what you can and can’t do but from a vocational point of view if that makes sense
If you're disabled, i believe vr&e will still pay you like g.i. bill does whether youre passed a decade with g.i. bill. Vr%e ahould be different than g.i. bill somewhat
So i have used 21 months from using the ch 33 during my time in school, the remaining amount that i have left unfortunately I will not be able to complete my Bachelor. If apply for the Ch 31 to further pursue my path of education, how many months will i be granted?

If you have unexpired GIBILL entitlement yes... Amount depends on schools zip code, just like GIBILL
What about vr&e with 100 p&t?

VR&E doesnt have education track. The long term track which might include education can match BAH if you have GIBILL entitlement available.

As long as the school is approved by the Departmenr of Education and accepte VA benefits it can be possible. You counselor should be able to tell you.

You get 24 months
Should be 27 but your counselor can have other criteria to approve vocational goals
