Small Town Roots, Global Dreams | Kayla Barral, Leader in Action
Kayla grew up in a small town of 60 people. Now her focus is a much bigger, connected world. The child of Swiss and Brazilian immigrants, she plans to use her Global Studies and Political Science degree to good use, working for the U.S. Department of State as a foreign service officer, a diplomat.
UND allows her a small college experience with top level credentials. Professors have guided and advised her and now she has a training fellowship in Washington D.C. and an internship with Department of State, working virtually with security forces in Uganda.
"I want to share the culture here... create that cultural link and help make the world a better place."

Are the flights pre-scheduled depending on the degree or do you have to schedule and pay for each flight individually? And how many flight hours are earned from the commericial aviation degree?
