- Why wasn't Daeron in the trailer? After the premiere of the two previews of the second season of House of the Dragon, many fans continue to wonder where is a character that according to the writers, we would be seeing in this second season. I'm talking about Daeron Targaryen, the younger brother of the current King Aegon, son of Queen Alicent and King Viserys.
Although many have been waiting for this character, it seems that he has been erased from the story. Could it be that Daeron is the secret weapon of the Greens in this second season of House of the Dragon? Why didn't we see Daeron in the previews of the second season, if it had been mentioned that we would see him with his dragon? In this video, we will be talking about Daeron and what we could expect from this character, in the second season of House of the Dragon.
First mistake he didn’t get his nickname till the dance started
One of the better looking dragons. How he can "hide" from danger with a blue dragon is beyond me. Afterall it's a blue dragon not a Honda accord that blends in
I think Daeron is good one among the bunch of relatives.
His death is also not confirmed. Perhaps he might survive the battle

If you watch the opening credits, you'll see four bloodlines flowing from Alicent.
Also Daemon says the Green have four dragons in the last episode.

That’s if Queen Alicent and King Viserys had a third son, I’m assuming he was very young when she send him to Oldtown.
I hope to see Daeron and Tarseryn(his dragon), if not in season 2 at least in season 3 - House of The Dragon series.

Dearon has no major story in the books,he joins the armys wins a few battles but dies fairly quick,so what would be the point creating him with no real story other than not bonding with his brothers or cousins and dyin when theres so many bigger storys to tell in so few episodes.
If daeron aint in the show i aint watching this hot garbage
