I think he will suprise us with the release of winds of winter and a dream of spring
Still going with Aegon's conquest which started a new calendars. Id love to see a show during the days of Valyria, or at least have an episode of a series that uses the doom as the first episode so we could get an idea of what it looked like in irs glory.

Aegon's Conquest and Robert's rebellion,those should be next 2 ASoIaF shows,Conquest with 6 seasons,Rebellion with 4 or 5
Robert's rebellion would be a great mini series like 10 episodes about 1hour and 30mins long..

The most important park in game of thrones for me was when we found out who Jon Snow really was and The Imps First Kill was a close second for me. (House of the dragons may change that)
The part I found fascinating was the war of storm's End in the books

Without having read the books, I feel the most important part in GOT was the plot & success of killing the Hand of the King, Lord Jon Arryn. It blends and pushes the families/houses closer & together and deeper into the mess that is the Game of Thrones
Unpopular opinion… I think it would’ve been better if the night king getting his hands on an ice dragon and used that to bring down the wall rather than having viserion killed in the dumbest way 🤦🏽♂️😭
In the show the show I think it was the ‘Red Wedding’ everything changed after that all bets were off, no honour, no guest rights everything became survival of the fittest 👍
an important part for me is finding out that there are other places just in King's Landing and the other citys and towns given in the shows. so i want to go to the places people do go.
