Good video. I've been stacking for two years now and totally agree with your buying tips. About the American Silver Eagles, the same holds true with the American Gold coins. I did have to purchase an American Gold Buffalo however, for its beauty and 4 9's purity.
Great video Silver Star! I just started about three months ago and first tube I filled was rounds. Now I am buying Brits and Philharmonics primarily. I have purchase some tenth ounce gold Bits and Phil’s as well. Wish I would have seen this a few months ago. All is good it’s all beautiful and fun to hold.
That is awesome!

Good Advice!!!!! Thank you very much!! Love the maple leaf 🍁 and then there’s the 👑 🤨 lol!!
Great video as always. I purchase exactly how your saying. I make sure I'm consistently buying at strategic time periods. I'm loving how low everything is going, I have to find that balance of buying and waiting.
I buy a lot of Canadian silver dollars 1965,66,67 and I also buy Canadian 3/4 oz silver 1812 war coins along with Canadian Maple leafs. I also buy the Australian kangaroo 1 oz silver coins. I love your channel and all the things you talk about. I just started stacking last October 2021. Better late than never. I won’t buy generic silver only Constitutional Silver all denominations.
Glad you like the channel and that sounds like a solid strategy!
Better late than never.? are you sure you want to base your finances on fairy tale sayings? Everyone knows you must strike when the iron is hot, you must make hay while the sun shines, and that the silver ship has sailed. beware.
I been stacking for over 2 years & have over 900 Oz’s & not one of them is an eagle or a maple.I could care less since I never found them attractive 🤷♂️. When stuff hits the fan people are gonna be looking for Oz’s & are not gonna care if it’s gov backed or not. I do have Krugs, Harmonics, & Britts though but I mostly stack bars & rounds. It is also a hobby though so every now & then I indulge in slightly higher premium stuff like Silver from Africa. The Congo, Chad, Somali, & the occasional $50 an Oz Libertad from the Mexican mint lmaoo 😂
I do the same, but as I'm new what I get initially was the bars (1kg, 500gr and 10oz.) the kilo bars comes with a serial number and all my purchases has been through the same Bullion Dealer one of the most respected here in Perth...unfortunately Perth mint has done great in the past but now is is better avoid them, especially when you're going to their shop and they are asking you vaxx pass! Now I got my lessons and every now and then I buy coins britannia, kruggerand etc
dont you mean you could not care less
Nicely covered topic.
Thanks!
Thank you.
You're welcome!
I like the 10 oz. Canadian bars. Also i never touch my coins unless i wear gloves. You will get more if they are BU.
Thanks SSE! I buy a tube of maples every 3 months which checks all of your three points. I am good 👌
Can't go wrong with maples! Such beautiful coins.
Great job 👏
Thank you!
Interesting tidbit on the reporting and 1099 B's ....
Gold to silver ratio is jacked. Silver will only go up. The idea of dollar cost averaging down requires the price to go down… which it wont
Cost averaging a single investment is just a way to trick yourself into feeling less bad if you bet wrong. But in reality, there is just as much likelihood of silver continuing up instead of going down, in which case you'd have been better just buying it all at once. Statistically, buying sooner is better than buying later. That said I'm not saying it's bad advice, especially if new and overly excited, it can give you more time to research and you can be grateful you didn't go all in.
Dude yes! I am saving up for a monster box of Leafs!
Maple leafs are awesome. I really should pick up some more. Been targeting those philharmonics though due to the dirt cheap premiums.
@@SilverStarEagles yea my go to site is Monument Metals since they usually are the cheapest online. But I hear you when you talk about cost average. Since I came in at 27 spot everything right now for me is at a discount. Phils are beautiful though but not my cup of coffee. I prefer maples. God bless brotha.
Thanks for the advice i am a small stacker at the moment. I just have 1 American Silver Eagle and it was a gift lol. And about my other silvers i have variety some private and some from goverment. If someday i go to sell i am going before to my accountant and he can help me to report to IRS and other stuff. But for now i have a very small stack with few ounces.
You have a great deal to learn. You report nothing.
you do not want to hire an honest accountant
Good tips
Thanks so much!
WAZZUP, cool tips....
Thanks!
I have just a question, why all the coin, in this video, in other video, for buy in internet site are from 2021 or 2022?
they strart making coin just 2 years ago all around the world?
👍👍
I don't see your gold. Did you make a trade SSE?
I still have it. Very divided on the issue so I'm just going to hold for now.
Fully understand. Once you get something of value in your hands it's hard to let it go.
drilling through a bar?
Yes, to test the metal content inside. I'm talking BIG bars.
or buy coin bar silver
ASE are not worth it. .999Silver is .999silver no matter what sticker is stamped on it.
I see your point. Cheers
I prefer 4 nines
@@davidortiz3094 still the same price bro. It's all preference.
I used the Ten Commandments for Buying Gold and Silver by Franklin Sanders who is pretty much the gold (hah!) standard of precious metal investors. If you have less than $5000 up front (looking at younger folk just starting) do half in junk silver and half in foreign gold minted coins (20 Francs, 10,20,50 Pesos, British Sovereigns). Then break your investments up like this video suggests.
waiting for a dip is idiotic. all agree that the biggest mistake investors make is trying to time the market.
dips may come, but the trend over time, is of course, for silver to go up, which is the reason you buy it. the most common regret of silver buyers is that they did not start sooner.
telling your audience to wait to buy is the worst advice you could have spread .
I'm not buying until they go down on them premiums they're to high your loosing lots of money when you trade your silver in they only want to give you spot so why are they selling silver 5 to 10 or more dollars over spot I don't get it
If I still had faith in this devalued fiat I would probably do the same as you.
They rarely lower their premium, even now that the spot price is so low! The price of those coins is oh my God! So what you do? Philharmonic are a good cheap alternative but oh must god the milky spots!! Too much.. Level of production is unacceptable.
The elite control silver 100%, so you would be better off investing in something else. Everything in the world practiaclly has gone up in price since last year, and silver has went down.
I will keep buying. Thank you.
