Hi, your diagram has 2 separate 12v batteries going to 2 relays. I have my Kobalt 24v lithium battery to use so i am wondering if you know how to diagram 24v directly to the relays? or in this case, I don't need a relay at all but to hook up the battery to the controller directly. Thanks I love your videos btw, I am trying to find a cheap place to get the rubber tires. How much did you pay for your 4 tires?
Have you had any problem with the Gearbox Assembly? I modded my boys to 18v, and now It's making a weird repetitive sound while moving, and at times the motor will just spin with no movement, and I believe the stock Gearbox it about to completely fail.
Ryan Gunnells there are a total of 3 gears aside from the pinion that is on the motor. The first year that contacts the pinion is the weakest, there are companies online that sell a steel gear as a replacement. Since I knew I was going to over volt I bought them when I built it. Also if it has a controller and not just on and off, that will help save the hears as well.

I used 2 relays due to the amperage. I was pushing roughly 30 amps and the relays were rated for 20 each
