    Thanks for the great video and I love the comparison. Two budget air rifles. Awesome!!! Can you do us huge favor and spend 20 seconds in each video reminding your viewers about which pellets and their weights you are using in the rifle! It would be awesome if you included the pellets you tried to end up with your choice. As you know air rifle can be very pellets fussy. Some rifles prefer a certain weight and some like a particular shape pellet. Since you are the "Dollar Sportsman" I would hope you pellet test the common pellets found at the big box stores. Aka: Crosman Domes and/or hollow points, Gamo Rockets and red fire, Ruger pellets, and Winchester pellets along with the H&N and JSB's ordered from the Airgun specialists. I'm ready to purchase this gun just hesitating on what caliber to get. I think you are shooting .22? Have you shot .177? Which is better for target and bird feeder squirrels? Thanks!

    • @TheDollarSportsman
      @TheDollarSportsman  Před 3 lety

      Personally I play in .22 almost always; the greater velocity of a .177 is helpful but not as important to me as the greater wound channel of say a .22 Hades.
      That being said......
      Hades pellets also come in a 10 grain .177 :), which I intend to test soon on the difference in wound channels between that and the .22.

    I don't see how people can shoot living creatures, hang em, up, and smile, saying we'll this is an invasive species, I can see feeding your Family, that's different, to me it's just blind to Beauty God Created for us to enjoy, anyway

      really? I'm from New Zealand, 80% of our bird life was endemic to our country. The amount of species that have disappeared or are endangered due to rats, ferrets, weasels, possums not to mention the pressure put on their food sources, and habitat from introduced bird species is horrific. We don't have natural predators that can control them. So yes I'll shoot pests and smile knowing I'm helping more endangered species.

      Feels real. Unsponsored, down home. Not everything needs a paper target. Fun to watch!
