@@HowToDoitright Well I took it a part just to find out. As I suspected, the ground side of each channel is connected across a 330uf capacitor. That explains it.
My speaker seems to work, yet when I try to measure resistance across the external speaker terminals, it reads open loop. Does that make any sense?
