I LOVE watching people discover NBT, my favourite band of all time. I’m always a bit jealous of someone hearing them for the first time, and I’ve never seen anyone not be stunned by Conor’s vocals. He has the most beautiful voice I’ve ever heard, and you’re right about how much emotion he puts into his performances. If you watch their recent documentary “Road to the O2” you’ll see him break down during their song Graveyard Whistling, it meant so much to him to be singing it that he couldn’t finish it. I hope you dig deeper into their music. It’s a running joke with NBT fans that they can’t write a bad song!
i love seeing people discover this band! Conor Mason is classically trained and is one of the greatest vocalists of this generation in my opinion. I think you’d really enjoy the rest of their music, i’d love to see you react to more from them. They take inspiration from artists like Muse, Jeff Buckley, and Radiohead

I've never heard about this band (and neither Della Memoria) but I really loved this performance. Great arrangement and awesome vocals by Conor Mason. I just had to look it up to be sure about the gender. But awesome voice 👍👍👍 Gonna check out more from them for sure. Thanks, Bob 😉

"I hope you liked that" 😀 They are my favorite band, active since 2013, have 3 amazing full albums + 2 EPs under their belt. One of the very few bands that I feel pays extra care to their music, no song on any album feels like a filler but they are also very very different from one to another. From slower songs that showcase Conor's incredible voice (like "If I Get High" czcams.com/video/vS67vfcp-S4/video.html or "Particles" czcams.com/video/Q2M7FxedU9s/video.html ) to very energetic songs (like "I'm Not Made By Design" czcams.com/video/RqfeNCxgf3U/video.html or "Ce n'est Rien" czcams.com/video/Z3eF1udJkUM/video.html ). Conor's biggest inspiration is Jeff Buckley.
These guys are fantastic. Conor's voice is reminiscent of Jeff Buckley - esp on slower songs. Their Broken Machine album is an absolute classic. Great young band

just incredible good perfomance and i love his voice as well. I felt this whole song so deep and thats what i love about music. they also had a song i really loved or still do - it is called "amsterdam" You are indeed a great guy , by the way 😊 even tho you meant it ironic. What i also like to tell you is that i always use headphones for youtube videos on my pc.

There's a new release from a band called The Rose that reminds me of this song. Not as epic as 'Impossible', but still a great song. It's called 'You're Beautiful' by The Rose. Maybe you could add to your reaction list. 🙂

Back in 2017, NBT released their second album, Broken Machine. Amsterdam was their first single. I can't remember when, the Bucharest Symphony Orchestra did a cover of it. When the world went into lockdown in 2020, NBT released some recording via CZcams calle In Solitude" and one week they did Amsterdam. They Bucharest Symphony Orchestra decided to highjack it and released a blended video of the In Solitude session mixed with them. It's brilliant! Makes my soul smile every time I watch it. You should check it out 🙂
