Awwwwww this was the most humanizing way of putting that she made a choice for herself with no regrets. You have to do what's best for you. Without a BBL people act like you don't have the right body with the BBL they call you plastic. Do whatever you feel will make you look your best just be safe doing it. You're worth it!

Dr. Miami I noticed she has great projection at the lower hips. A few videos ago you talked about the hips and how there has to be fat already there in order for more fat to get placed there. Is it the same for the lower hips? Ive always loved the lower hips projection together with the regular hips.I personally do not have much lower hips but want them
If you look at her before pictures she naturally had lower hips. He just improved her natural base by removing the fat from the middle and adding more to get a better shape. He explains in his videos that everyone has a different foundation but he does what he can with your natural base

But then I do remember watching a video where they injected fat into the upper thigh to give a more pear shape. I want Dr Miami as my doctor so bad, I wonder if he can do it for me(that upper thigh part). I have a tiny bit of foundation in that area. Sorry for long message. As long as you in good health you can do it at any age. I’m in my 40s lost a lot of weight (close to 40lbs) and getting my breasts and body done this year. But I’ve always been in the gym so I will continue to do that after surgery. So surgery is good to help this lift or fill in, but need to still workout afterwards to keep those results. Unless they can’t give me enough projection and fill in the hip dips I’m not trying to do a round 2. I’m one and done ✅
