Thank you Marcus for the interesting update. The insights into how the various actors are expected to make & keep contact with their audience give just a taste of how "time consuming" being an actor (on the roll) is in Asia. In stead of dishing out constant scrutiny "true" fans should lobby for their favourites having access to a better life to work balance which is seriously missing in the case of some of the most popular personalities. The industry is really very high pressure. The model is dehumanising as it assumes that all are expendable as fresh faces are anyhow aplenty 😞

Personally looking forward to Dashing Youth but glad JOL2 finally got a license as I know a lot of ppl are waiting for it. Another drama that recently booted up is A Dream in a Dream with LYT and LYN; yesterday they announced cast and posted costumes. LYN’s second character’s costume looks like a costume drama version of Zorro! Really awesome. Hope you can cover them in your next episode. Finished Will Love in Spring (they dropped express today) and gave it a 9.5/10; it’s really good. Will check out Meet Yourself from last year as I’m quite impressed with LX’s acting chops. Thanks for a good update. 😊

A Dream Within a Dream starring Li Yitong and Liu Yuning announced its cast list today too, yay!! I think the booting ceremony will be May 3.
Booting ceremony was on April 23rd I believe. It was very quiet and they started filming on like the 13th.

So many good dramas coming up I am so excited!! :) "Enjoy Life!" "Enjoy everything you have" and "Happiness is Happiness" I knew he would say that. :) That's why he seems like a genuine good guy. Not only does he seem to enjoy his own happiness, but he shares that feeling with others.. It also doesn't hurt that Dylan's genuine smile is a dose of sunshine! Xiao Zhan also gives the same genuine vibe. I only wish for them to live their best lives. :)

I watched the first 12 episodes of "Best Choice Ever" . I like the maturity and kindness of Yang Zi' s character, the well thought out characters of the members of her family and her boyfriend, their acting. I would have liked the drama better if they had not started so soon to excuse ML's actions and to soften FL towards him. Also FL's resentment is just laughed out by him and his grandmother in ep. 12. This sucked for me.

#marcushere! the movie Jonny and wang yi Bo are the movie is incredibly racist (yes we all know that China is strict and does not give lots of history about other countries but they need to be sensitive to all cultures) since you have told the viewers about the movie please give your viewers a warning before they watch it I was kind of blind sided and I am very disappointed that wang yi bo decided to do a movie like that am highly disappointed in whoever gave it a license to premire this should have never been approved at all but I just wanted to voice my opinion I know that you report shows and I love your content and been with you a very long time ⌛️ more than 6 years 😉 ❤❤❤
