I have both lights as well and on the past 4-5 shoots I've used the F600Bi as my key and the 600D outside the window or inside to light the space. The tiny bit of extra softness with the Lite Dome 150 I find not to be worth the difference in effort and time. I would use 3-4 stops of ND on the window because even if you're well exposed it makes the window look like a rainy day where there shouldn't be enough light inside. Good video, there aren't too many people spending this much time showing their testing. Keep it up!

Exactly my thoughts. F600Bi is a gem. It looks soft even without the external diffusion. And I actually plan to use 600D as a fake sun together with F600Bi as key in near future. Light Dome 150 is only better with the grid, because this grid is ~40 degrees, so if you need to shape light more it's more useful that this totally lame grid shipped with F600Bi. Other than that, F600Bi is much faster and easier to handle.
And for 3-4 stop of ND, do you record in SLOG? Or some other picture profile? At 4 stops I got blown highlights in the window all the time (if weather is sunny).
Today it was really overcast so 4 stops might be ok for 90% of the day, but when the sun was up, 5 stops were not enough, cause SLOG native ISO is 800 :D.

Solution 1200w or maybe less diffusion...lantern or bounce to the roof

Or less ND, or ND in the window :D
But actually Godox F600Bi and 600D with thiner diffusion and no grid are exposed correctly, judging from parade (skin is @ ~70%).
