    Hm, this is a really good idea, but the configurations ont really make sense. 1600$ and 2000$? at that point really just get the stealth, theyre both thin and light ultrabooks but the stealth is more powerful and around the same price?? The only model that makes sense is the 1200$ model. Not even hating I think this is a great idea but the prices just don't really make sense.

    If it was the same price or just a bit higher than the new M1 MacBook Air I’d buy it right away. But it’s hella expensive. Comparing it here in Canada, the MBA costs $1170 and this costs $1700. As a developer, this is much more in line with what I need out of a laptop, it also shows why Lenovo dominates this market. I routinely run 10g of ram. And often, I will need to spin up a virtual machine (or two) for testing. This is such a pain on a laptop limited to 16gb. It becomes too slow. I would like to see a laptop with more ram. I would also like to see the logo shrunk down, and maybe moved to a corner. If you are sitting in a client's office, and they see that big snake logo on your laptop, they're gonna think you're playing a game on company time. But I do appreciate the push lately on the part of ALL manufacturers to bring elegance to "work" focused machines. The days of the plastic-fantastic work laptop are almost over!

    Ok, razer had added a new section on their website names productivity laptop, also the new laptop names Razer Book "13". So, do that mean in the future, there could be the Razer book 15 and 17? If there is the 15, why not just wait for the 15, since the 15 is always cheaper than the 13 and have a better performance.

    • @JesseJamesHeadrick
      @JesseJamesHeadrick Před 3 lety +2

      @Aarish Kodnaney Dell doesn't have good customer service unless you get the ProSupport Plus warranty. It's partially true, then. When a Razer laptop breaks down, there are no parts available on the market to fix it and no easy way to get to Razer to get a specific part. With Dell, HP, Lenovo, [Insert Big Brand Here other than Apple] it's relatively easy to get parts and repairs.

    • @anarki_in5680
      @anarki_in5680 Před 3 lety +1

      It’s not aluminum finish, it’s aluminum unibody, and Apple doesn’t have a monopoly on those. Also good build quality costs money, big surprise. Go for some plasticky thicc laptop if you’re all about spec sheets.

    • @joshconfer209
      @joshconfer209 Před 3 lety

    • @anarki_in5680
      @anarki_in5680 Před 3 lety

      @@joshconfer209 Well there is a market for ‘looks not function’. I mean the XPS line is also similarly priced. Also these laptops tend to carry the best screens in terms of color gamut and contrast, and also tend to have the speediest SSDs, so on. Along with build quality, that’s a lot of things not mentioned on a traditional specsheet where these guys spend money. It’s a different segment. If I’m serious, your comment was very droll.
