My middle daughter went into a deep depressin after the sudden loss of her father and grandfather. This led onto feelings of not being worthy ,body dismorphia ,and full on bulimia.I`ve fought for years for decent help for her ,but ,whatever was promised ,was never carried out. This has to be the worst sector of the NHS. Understand the families frustration ,as your hands are tied. It`s most definitely tougher on those who love someone with severe anxiety/depression.So glad ,as a family ,you `ve come together to help Mark cope with this. To truly understand ,you have to go through it.Much love guys ,and thankyou for sharing your experiences.Xxxx

It's mystifying how Mark can think like that when I look at him i see a very well educated good looking man, who has an amazing wife, kids and life.

Wow this video is amazing, so raw and real. Thank you for sharing. It’s really helpful for me as a mother of 2 that suffers with anxiety & depression, I relate to a hell of a lot of things you both have said xxx

Dear Mark and Nadia. Had to look up some of these vlogs of yours again. These ones were what made me find you on CZcams originally. There are many people like me, that identify with every single emotion that is going on here. I am a manic depressive. I don't have anyone to comfort me the way this vlog has today. Please would you reconsider continuing with the 'How Are You Felling' series. We NEED it. Love you both.

Speaking as a dad I think all our children want from us is to be there and love them. And you're doing that.

Really interesting but let him get a word in! This is very very familiar as a child with a depressed parent. I hear this conversation all the time. The kids will understand why Dad is the way he is. I understand the trauma, the sufferings of why my Dad is the the way he is and that really helps us. Really interesting conversations.

Such an interesting series for me because I have never experienced a negative feeling ever. No sadness, no depression or anything like that. I am being given an opportunity to see the other side of the coin.
    Thank you.

      Are you a robot?

No. I am very positive and have been fortunate in my experiences.
I am a top quality performer, not because I always win but because I manage my mindset carefully so I always learn when I lose and prepare for bigger and better in my future endeavours.
My childhood was a self-reliant one which I expect aided mature development.
      Thank you for your enquiry.

@John Smith Globe Lie Something is lacking if you've never experienced sadness. More likely, you're just a liar.

@John Smith Globe Lie "I would suggest that if someone is always sad or depressed then there is something lacking." I never used the word always. And I'm in my 30's bro. Don't make me son you.

I can really relate to this . I suffer dreadfully with anxiety and I know just how it is to come across as almost angry to my family even though I love them so much x my partner is so wonderful he really handles it well but I know those grey days it’s almost impossible for me to shake off my anxieties and it breaks my heart that-deep down I’m upsetting my partner and daughter x

Think you both love the media, and sure it is financially beneficial. whether it helps with your depression I am really not sure. Sure your kids watch the blogs and I think it upsets them, not their problem, it will affect them. and it puzzles me why you share on social media ? Your wife loves you to bits and is trying so hard
