Is this free? =)
Okay
nahitaji green screen full naishi tanzania nawezaje kuipata
Where can I get that green fabric to buy?
I bought two .97 cent cheapo, plastic lime green party table cloths from Walmart. Works great and it was only 2 bucks!
Oh dang I didn’t even think of that
Do you have any footage to show?
I have a 132 dollar one 😂
What do use as a stand or to hang the cloths?
You beat me by 3¢ 🤣
I bought a kit on Amazon with 4 lights, soft box, umbrellas, stands and green screen for less than $200. But yes, a piece of green cloth and a window works fine too. Don’t wait to create. Get in with what you have. Content is king. Thanks for your inspiring videos.
Great to hear!

This green screen idea, is sooo very much appreciated. You are helping me recognise i dont need to be great to start, i just need to get started.
yeah.. now I know that we can start with less..
"[I] dont [sic] need to be great to start, [I] just need to get started." That's the best advice on the Internet. Thank you, Simone.
Great video man! I'm trying to learn more about green screen on a budget and your video really helped a lot, thanks. Hope someday to visit Scotland!
Stewart you are a excellent teacher and your cheapest setup blows away many big budget set ups!
this was honestly such a helpful video. I am a total green screen beginner but love film and editing so this was absolutely perfect. I tried your tips today and it worked super well. Thank you for this!!
That is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm speechles! Miles of green fabric, endless softboxes - that's all about my experience!
You have given me my solution to my green-screen problem... how to hang it tightly in front of my messy bookshelf. Those trouser hangers are just what I will use. Thank you
Before = ??????
After I watch this = 😲💡👍
Big big thanks to you.
Great stuff guys! Appreciate the info!
Thank you for great practical and useful instruction!
thanks for the great video! I hope you will do more on green screens, lighting, etc. cool stuff!
I hit the Subscribe button so fast just from seeing your editing style and way of sharing info. Thanks man! New subbie
Great video. Just wondering what the name of the fabric you’re using is and how you would attach it to a wall or if you’d need stands in a living room situation.
This was extremely helpful thank you. I hope to be using green screen soon on my channel
Amazing information! Thank you!!!!!
This is so awesome and makes it look so easy! Thank you!!!
Thanks for this video! Helped me a lot!
Amazing.Glad I found your channel!! Looking forward to new interesting videos!
Very informative video about green screen. I've already tried it with a green bed cover. I stretched these on the top and bottom of a door by closing the door. 3 meters from the door is a large window for the light. I have to do it in the morning because the light is on the north side. But it works, and that's the most important thing
This is incredibly helpful and also entertaining. Thanks for your hard work!
Loving these tutorials branching away from drone stuff! Top class!
Appreciate the support!
Best, practical green screen video I've seen yet. Cheers!
Fantastic video Stewart! thanks very much for sharing and loving the positive vibes. I love Scotland, I have been there a few times now and we were very lucky with the weather :) we do have a soft spot for Sconser. Looking forward to visit there again.
I see few other people have asked this but can you give us more details on the fabric you use? I'm assuming it needs to be that bright lime green?
great video man i love all your tips, you got a thumbs up from me
Awesome simplicity for maximum effect. Subscribed and look forward to viewing your drone videos as a drone is on my "to-get" list.
bro you a life saver. I was just about to buy all these soft boxes etc and go to town. This looks so much better and easier and a money saver. Thank you :) haha
Very well done video and super helpful!! Thanks for sharing!!
Absolutely brilliant video - thank you so much -subscribed !
This is really really great idea you have been mashed off. This will help me a lot, since I am on the tight budget. Thank you all Guys!!!
This is amazing, how did you make it so Crisp with no fuzzyness around your body?
Thank you. Very informative and wonderful tips.
Good tip! May try it this weekend. Have a great weekend guys!
I appreciate your tips!! Thanks so much
great tips!👌 and humor😉😂
Love it! Awesome video.
Would love to see a video on the checks that one should go through in preparation for filming 👌🏼
Buying this today... Thank you so much
Great vid...great presentation...clearly communicated...thanks for sharing!
Great instructional video as usual, thanks
you have quite a lucky lighting situation lmao.
amazing. i would have thought the light gray shadows off to the side would be a problem, but as you explained, they are not harsh shadows therefore they dont cause a problem. thx!
Love this series!!!!
Thanks Jay! Glad to still have you with us!
Drone Film Guide you’re welcome. Yep, I’m still here. I kinda dropped some of the drone stuff from my channel. I let my commercial license expire when I found out I had kidney cancer in January. There were more important things than drones :) I’ve just not picked it back up.
I like seeing everyone’s CZcams studio setup!!
Great job. Thank you!
I love your channel, so much to learn.
Great video very helpful indeed
awesomely amazing , im going live stream next week this is perfect for me thanks and more power
I like the green screen on a budget. Great video.
Thanks Ron!
once again super video and so well presented , well done.
great video this is so simple and it works a treat just about to give up what with all the lights and positioning tried this and in ten minutes was up and running, Thanks
I'm a newbie when it comes to chromakeying, but I have this idea. I've not had a lot of luck with green screen, but I have blue screen on the other side. I'm going to try the blue side. I think I might have better success because blue may not cast as much shadow. I'll see. Thanks for the video.
You can use any solid colour for your back screen however you still need to light it properly! The reason green colour is used is that there are very little green colour in human beings! It also makes your wardrobe easier but if you use a green screen and dress with some green clothes you are going to have problems, the same goes for other clours!
I subscribed, because I really like your studio Videos. I do have a drone, but I don't watch much about it. But those studio videos are REALLY great made.
Yup pretty good for a consumer level video maker.
Big problem comes when you actually want to light your presenter to better match the composite image - you simply can't do that with one big soft light.
Awesome! Shooting a green screen in 2 days & this really helps! And, ironically, our film is about an historical moment in Scotland.
Great way to get started in green screen. Great video!! thank you
Excellent!
Amazing! Is it possible to get similar result with a keylight+softbox for when the sun's not available? I'm aware of your other video with 1 keylight+green screen, but that set up requires a much larger green screen
This is great, thanks
Great video!
Thank you. This video is helpful. I will now give it a try :)
Thank you! what program did you use for editing?
Cool, Thank you!
Wow that's cool thanks so much for this video it's really helpful
Nice job explaining that :) I just have started and after 3 videos, I am now thinking of using the greenscreen. It helps to simplify the idea and begin with minimum:)
I love your production which looks so professional from a set so simple and even less than basic! I have a 9’ x 15’ green screen and have struggled with uneven lighting. My setup is in my office and I’m planning on turning it around to face the double French doors entry with 1’ wide glass panels on each side bringing the total of glass to 10’ wide by almost 7’ high. I’m in Los Angeles where sunlight is plenty. Question is, will I have enough light if the green screen is about 25’ away from these doors and behind two desks? If not, I have a ring light to compliment the sunlight, would that be ok? Please advise. Thank you!
I watched a video that suggested a backlight facing a white wall that then reflects onto the Green Screen.
Direct light (from artificial light) might cause “splotches.
Keep searching, keep trying stuff !
This was excellent stu...
Great vid, really informative......Not looking at youtubing just interested in green screen and how it works.. My interest peaked when you showed how easy it is in "post" to key out...Wow....(LIGHTBULB!) moment for me....thanks'
Thanks, great video
Thanks so much my friend. I was thinking about getting a green screen soon and this gave me important info :)
this is great info! thanks
Thanks so much for the idea bro
wow. this is cool and easy.
Nice video. Thank you for this good information.
Am I overthinking this if I ask whether a specific fabric is needed or is any green fabric okay? Thanks for the great content :)
This was the best video on the subject of how to do green screens.
Great job. You are always so impressive!
Thank you for your kind words!
Really awesome
This is great thanks!!!!
Huge help and it made me smile:-D
Awesome, cheers!
This was helpful in a sense that I can get a sheet or something green for the studio/playroom I have. However now I need to know what kind of software, program or whatever to use to edit video. Can I record using phone etc. but at least for now I know about good green screen.
Nice work Stewart! What fabric are you using? Muslin?
Goldmine, ty!
Wow. Saved me from throwing money away! Caught your video just in time. Subscribed and shared. I like that you mention software too. I happen to have Final Cut Pro X already, and I use SONY ar2. So looks like I'm good to go. THANKS!
very cool, thank you Sir 🙏
cheers for the info mate
Great!thanks
LOL... Love the special FX :)
Hi, some great tips thanks. Do you know what shade of green may be best for the green screen material, eg. dark green, light green, or fluro green 👍
Nice informative video...i use a blue screen in low light which seems to make keying out easier...so right that you dont need expensive gear...i just have blue material pinned to a board
Thanks for the informative video. Would you please outline in much more detail how you crop out the narrow green cloth at the sides to expand the backdrop effect. I feel that is a major technical detail missing. Thanks in advance
thx for the help
I need Final Cut Pro. Outstanding!
Just checked...you can do it in iMovie too.
nice info..thanks bro
Thanks for the valuable info 👍 Now let's see if I have some green cloth that I don't need 😉
Hi, I'd like you to share your way of preparing and shooting your educationnal videos. I would like to hear how you write, how you plan yous shots, how you can look confident on camera even if you need to deliver a precise text, if you are using a telepromter to help you or if it feels conterproductive for you to stay natural on camera with it. I'd like you to prepare a sort of Gantt diagram to explain how you manage your time to stay efficient and reactive when things goes wrong... I love your way of producing your tutorial videos. Thanks for all this superb work !
Nice video thanks.
Thanks I’ll give this ago, just started my channel not so long ago
If u use the same room for green screen again and again it is better to paint or use a ceiling mounted curtain
