Sorry for jumps but i needed to cut some parts.

0:00 first motor
0:53 second motor with wierd ammeter
2:15 motor with fan - Věda a technologie
Awesome motor run up sounds. Love the Ammeters.
it's like a little film, sometimes exciting, sometimes scary and at the end you could even see the electric motor for 1 second
In both cases I was in a bit of a hurry because I was preparing the steelplant furnace for operation and turning on the primary fan is the first step of several.
Pěkný proud.
Too bad you didn't place a camera recording the motor starting up. Just filming a switchboard cabinet ammeter is totally dull.
There isn't much to see and i don't have time to set up a tripod also i can't use it at work. This is best what i can do.
@@StakrCZ was very interesting regardless. Thanks for the video!
borci, to tam máte nejaké divné...
hukot
A co teprve u pece 🙂 cz.pinterest.com/pin/862791241111097107/
The reason why you're reading 160 amps is because of the inrush current. This is a completely normal thing for inductive loads, especially large motors like these two. The reason for inrush is that the rotor is initially not turning, and thus a large instantaneous surge of current flows to kick-starting the motor. Inrush current can blow fuses and trip overcurrent protection devices if it gets too high, since it flows for several AC cycles, although it usually only lasts a couple of milliseconds. After this initial spike, the current drops to what the motor normally draws while running.
Actually no, the first fan really had a problem with the regulation clap. After switching on, the engine spins and only a little later the fan starts to spin via a special clutch, if the clap is not in the right position or closed, so them the motor is overloaded. inrush current it's 400A
show the dang fan. No good video.
It's that giant metal box
