After all I’ve been through in life, I live in grateful optimism. I shouldn’t be here. 🛐🙏🏾

I live in a home of people who need special care. The first day there was a gratitude journal on my pillow that I have to this day no idea who put it there. BUT it has changed my entire life!

Regarding the epidemic of smiles and gratitude...I'm behind it 100% except I'm saddened to hear that so many people find happiness from bacon because in order to feel that happiness a hog lives in a crate so small it cannot turn around so it will get fat quicker; it survives this life in its own manure until slaughtering. Female hogs are crated and inseminated until giving birth, then inseminated again until they no longer get pregnant, then they are slaughtered. There other ways to find joy equal to bacon.

I'm happy that you share things like this. This is one big reason I no longer, (usually), get bacon or ham, (and less-often as well: "beef") on my pizza.

Even better than it. Saffron and dark chocolate also makes you happy.
