- You can apply my old comparison video to these models, they're the same bikes with minor updates. You get a lot for the $2k difference, and it's worth the higher payment. BUT if you want a Bobber build, the Street Bob with the 114 is perfect! Thanks for watching vatos, ride safe.

I own a ‘21 Low Rider S with the 114 and I absolutely adore my bike!! I test rode about 6 bikes I think, including two ‘22 street bobs but once I finally test rode the FXLRS the test rides were over. I walked into the dealership wanting a ‘22 SB, that’s why I rode two. I was trying to convince myself that I liked the ride, but I just didn’t. It just didn’t mesh with me? The LRS wasn’t even on my list of potential bikes because of $$$. Then I rode it….that’s all it took. Out of all the bikes I rode that day it absolutely stood out from the crowd. At least it seemed that way to me. Did I pay more for it? Hell yes I did. I paid a few grand more than I anticipated and a little higher monthly payment, but it’s worth every penny imo. I would never, ever, trade my ‘21, 114, FXLRS for a different bike just to save a couple grand and pay $50-$75 less per month! It’s just that awesome of an experience! If you’re in doubt (and you can truly afford it) get the FXLRS! It’s an even better bike now and it was already awesomeness on two wheels!
I have a street bob 96 but wish I had gotten a low rider s. My street bob has 4.8 gallon gas tank tho and it’s not bad on the 101 freeway with all cracks and bumps on the freeway. Your tax payer money hard at work.
Mag wheels all the way. One major reason why I traded my 2020 Softail Standard for a 22 Street Bob. Live by the coastline and you'll be fighting corroded spokes on a weekly basis. Not a fan of tubes in tires. Less maintenance, less upkeep ands less topping up air pressures... All blacked out on the Street Bob now so more time to ride than clean.
I like the Mag wheels on the Street Bob. I was considering the Street Bob at one point. However, with all the mods to get it to fit me and the Smol tank. It’d be a lot more cost effective to buy a Heritage.
I was set on the Street Bob but now leaning towards the LRS
Worth the money 😎👍
Low rider st all day vato, bro. Keep them vids coming bro
I think if I had to pick I would go with the S. just seems more capable and I'm betting a much stronger aftermarket than the bob. I do hate the full rear fender, that would go so quick!
I wish the Lowrider S came in a more chrome version, maybe for 2023 - I have a 2021 Streetbob, like it - may be going to a mag wheel set up in future?
Kinda like with the touring models right, that would be neat. And it'll be a bit cheaper like on the touring models.
I test rode all the 2022 Harley Softails early this year and started off with the Street Bob 114, to me the bike felt light and wobbly on the highway and that motor wasn't near as powerful as I assumed.....then I rode the Fat Bob 114, it's felt way more premium and solid and though it has the same 114 motor it was noticeably more powerful (they have to be tuning them different)
Lastly I rode that beast of a Lowrider S and it felt smooth, powerful and plenty of power. Just a premium bike!
For a 2-3 thousand more I would definitely go for the LRS or the Fat Bob, I feel like you'd grow out of the Street Bob and end up trading it in.
The Street Bob is not a highway cruiser. Who doesn’t know that???
Street Bob all the way. Stripped and a Bobbed💯🦾 🏍
Nice!!
I"ve got the 2021 Street Bob, bought new - The Lowrider S - is very nice also, especially with the nice mag wheels on LRS....
Both have a lot to like. I need ABS. It's not standard on the FXBBS. And I got a little attitude from dealers saying they won't add the ABS. Needless to say I'm still without my Harley. Fuel capacity definitely helps for me as does price.
I just realized the LRS no longer has ABS standard due to "shortages". The FXLRST is the only softail with ABS Standard. Maybe 2023 models will have ABS, touring models have ABS.
@@InfamousCreep wow.... maybe I can see Matt Laidlaw and get my bike at a good price with ABS.
Either one you cant go wrong for the price as an HD starter Bike or as a 2nd HD...For me once you have owned a Bike with a 16in rim with a beefy 130 tire and ride the open highway.....You cant go backwards
Love 💗
You better save that $ and buy that Fxlrs or St... You might as well 98% chance your going that route anyway!
A front wheel that is👆
More like a 3k difference.
Yep, and you get a lot for them $3k. Bigger tank, dual disc brakes and inverted forks is worth more than $3k
I don't believe you can really do a true comparison. Different Price Point, Different Engine Size and Different way you ride each Bike. Low Rider S more performance Oriented compared to the street bob. Not that you can't do some Mods and Upgrades. But then you would be better off with the Low Rider S. I like both bike for completely different reasons have a to d one
It’s more about what you get for the extra $3k, which is a lot in my opinion. Just depends on the build, Street Bob is the perfect bobber build.
