My ST is a bad ass bike. I can do anything with it. I even went on a Costco run with the added Edward Richie sissy bar. I love the cruise control, I don’t even have to fuck with the throttle in the city or on the highway. I can’t wait for the integrated rockford Fosgate stereo system. It’s my dream bike and first Harley and I couldn’t have it any other way. The ST is dope!
Of these two motorcycles I would pick the third option, the 2021 SportGlide.
I love the look of the fairing. Of course the saddle bags are awesome, and I wish I had some but too expensive! They pretty much nailed it with the ST model imo. Maybe the unequal bag sizes was a bit of a miss, but it wouldn’t bother me at all. It’s a fantastic looking bike and of course that 117 with the heavy breather just makes it all worth while! I just got my ‘21 Low Rider S back in February and now……..🤷🏻♂️. I’m not going to do it but I’d be a liar if I said I didn’t want to!
Gotta say, certain angles I love the ST fairing, other angles I hate it. I actually would've liked a light more like the fat bob and the uneven bags annoy my OCD to death
As a 21 sport glide owner I love the new ST fairing Over the SG…. But then they went and screwed up with the exhaust and higher uneven bags. I run the SG with mini apes no mini batwing.

I have a 2022 ST and I have a 2019 sportglide with the old school FXRT fairing. The old FXRT faring is much more effective at blocking wind and I actually think it looks better, but that's just my opinion.
I prefer the looks of the s , thinking about ordering one for next year but kinda want to wait until the end of next January to see what will hd unveil for 2023
You should wait, dealers typically have clearance events but with the current market….. who knows. I believe they might make minor changes on the ST, but the fxlrs should stay the same. Maybe a different color

I really just want the fairing and cruise control. Different sizes aside, I just don't care for the look of those bags and I'm pretty sure you're looking close to 25k instead of msrp and that's before dealer mark ups

In my opinion, it's like turning a Badass looking Bike into a two wheel Minivan with the big Fairing and Luggage! What will be next that Riders nowadays will want? Maybe some doors and a roof to keep the wind off of them?
