    I forgot how agile shaq was during his first couple of years. I remember him going coast to coast after a rebound and scored like he was a point guard. Just wished he controlled his weight.

      Shaq was in his prime, less agile, and capable of bullying his opponents when he won his first championship in 2000.
      In addition to knowing Kobe was with him, Shaq may have felt more confident about being able to win titles by brute strength instead of being more finesse.

      When he went to L.A. i feel like he was into the celeb a little too much and didn't work on his game as much as he could have.       Lol, he didn't need that. He had either the drop step or the baby hook and he'd give you 25-30 every night shooting a high percentage. At his best he also had the turnaround jumper from the post but that only lasted like 2-3 years while he was actually working hard on his game.

      @@waleomole319 prime and peak are different , his peak season was that first one in the threepeat wherre he won mvp then finals MVP against the pacers , but in terms of prime , man was easily one of the best players in the league from the second he got to the league until maybe the latter part of his heat days
