Rio Grande Do Sul Floods: Partners Brazil and IFRS Canoas Step Up for Students!

After assessing the impact of the floods in Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, and identifying the areas of greatest need, the Partners community in Brazil has chosen to collaborate with the Federal Institute of @ifrscanoas. Together, they will assist students displaced by the flooding in returning to school.
The institute is a long-time partner of the Rio Grande do Sul Chapter. Supporting affected individuals in returning to school is a crucial, yet often overlooked, aspect of humanitarian assistance. Even short-term disasters can have lifelong consequences if students are unable to resume their studies.
The Partners Brazil community is actively fundraising for this initiative, aiming to assist 250 of the most affected students who were displaced and/or lost their homes.
