Girl Adopts A Stray Cat, But She Is Unaware That It's A Demon In Disguise

- So-Yeon suffers from claustrophobia due to a traumatic incident that occurred to her as a child. So-Yeon is still treated for her condition to this day. She works as a groomer at a pet shop. One day, a cat named Bidanyi comes into the store. The next day, the owner of Bidanyi is found dead in an elevator. So-Yeon, by request from police officer Joon-Suk, takes the cat home. Shortly after, So-Yeon starts to see a mysterious young girl. She becomes frightened. Then, So-Yeon's good friend Bo-Hee is found dead. Near Bo-Hee, there is a cat which Bo-Hee recently adopted from an animal shelter. So-Yeon now fears for her own life. So-Yeon and Joon-Suk investigate deeper into the mysterious case. There is a hidden story related to the cats.

Fun story. I used to hate cats until my ex girl adopted one for my apartment. The cat refused to leave with her when we broke up and started hissing at her when she tried to force her to leave (this was and still is the only time I’ve heard her hiss). She’s a dope cat and I will continue to spoil her and give her the best life possible 😂

I don't know, So-Yeon was spared because she had a kind heart but also because she treated cats with love and respect. If you think about it, all the people that died treated cats pretty poorly. The rich lady who used her cat as an accessory, the friend who used the cat as a test subject, the "shelter" owner who abused cats, the pet grooming business owner who treated the cat badly and kicked its cage. The only really bad thing she did was abandon Bidanyi, which is probably why the girl/cat spirits came after her in the apartment building, but maybe cos it was the place of origin of their suffering, they showed her what happened and then being met with kindness and compassion, they deemed her worthy to live. That's my interpretation of the movie.
Moral of the story, just treat cats with love and respect as they deserve. They're living creatures with feelings and needs just like any other animal.

In real life adopting a demon cat sounds like some horror shit. But if it was an anime, "The Time I adopted a Cat and it turned out to be an Isekai'd cute Demon Lord" would be a really whacky hilarious show.
