The paper tape is the most melancholy thing I’ve ever seen. The nostalgia of the music box, and the slow, but all too quickly exhaustion of the finite tape. Seems a perfect analog for life. Simple, beautiful, seems to unwind so slowly and then it’s over. Of course you had to wait for the paper to run out and fall.

The methods with which you think to create music, and the endless love you so apparently put into not only your music but also your instruments is inspiring. This is one of my favorite pieces of all time, and it is played by only two instruments. It's a feeling of emptiness before it even ends, you are fully aware that your time is up, so you start to look at everything more closely, as if that would make the moment last longer... This song, means very much to me now, and I hope it will continue doing so in the future. When I look back to this, I want to think: "All Was Well"...
