East Hartford Police Lieutenant arrested for DUI also demonstrated questionable behavior during traf

FOX61 has obtained exclusive police body camera video showing questionable behavior by an East Hartford Police Lieutenant. The same Lieutenant was arrested over the weekend for allegedly driving drunk.

FOX61 first reported on Monday that an East Hartford Police Lieutenant was among several officers arrested for DUI over the weekend. The new video shows a separate encounter in Rocky Hill where Lt. Joe Ficacelli was pulled over in his personal vehicle for speeding.
