I just discovered this inclusive tech lab. I am currently an OT student. Where should I go or who should I speak to about possibly working there at the inclusive tech lab?
Keep advocating for OT. Great to see what Microsoft is doing and that they know who can help them on the way!

Hi Eric. I am a 1 handed gamer streamer FearTheNubTV... I have spent a lot of money trying to have an adaptive controller for myself and my favorite game.
First some history 2004 accident (just turned 20) the DragonPlus ps2 controller was around lasted me 3 years before issues. Go to buy new one not around anymore. Console & Gadgets in UK looking for one to reverse engineer. What was suppose to be a 6 month thing took 2.5 years to get my 2 new controllers that was the deal. For a year could not play games. The Ben Heck Edimensional Access controller came out in 08 and I bought it since was still waiting on Console & Gadget. This is my go to controller now but back then i didnt use it. I would say up until 2016 I rarely used it. In 2012 I had my arm partially amputated, my accident ripped my nerves from my spine so i dont have control like people who have an arm cut off or born without fingers.
From 2009 to 2016 I think i bought 5 more of the console ps2 controllers on top of my 2 given to me. The quality was not same, some had stick issues in a month or 2.
I got into a game called rocket league first on ps4 using a titan 1 (then titan 2) device to remap buttons. It was at this time i noticed the access was perfect for me for this game since i didnt need to have 2 stick to play at high champ level. I started playing it a lot and wasnt long before i started seeing drift issues, buttons getting stuck cause rubber piece tore inside. I was constantly trying to play with deadzone and such to try and negate issues. This was because controller was no longer made and no used ones or parts anywhere.
With help of ablegamers they sent me the one they had but like mine it had issues, then they got me in touch with ben heck i had no success reaching him. He said he had a brand new one in box on his shelf and would send to me as long as i sent one of the bad ones back, it was his achievement display. I was stoked from late 2017 to early 2018 i had a full working controller. But since April 2018 ive spent lot of money trying to get something working.
Bought a grizpaw from griztech but the joysticks are in awkward spots and its a paperweight wanted to try and attach a new joystick tyo it and mount somewhere else. Spent 450 on a Evil 1 handed controller (lost 80 on return) didnt work cause i needed to be able to hit more buttons then i could holiding a controller. I bought the xac and the joystick but the buttons arent remappale and two feet is not enough. I need to be able to hit 3 buttons at once with a couple others easily reachable.
Middle of 2018 I built a gaming pc and started playing rocket league on pc, i use a keyboard footswitch to help me get to more buttons but the different input is hard to time it at same time. Im stilll using my access of my 4 joystick podsd only 1 is some what useable but i constantly have drift. I also redid all the wiring in the controller which fixed some issues.
Ive tried to connect various 10 pots, and joystick pcbs to the controller since its moddable and have pin layout but have not had full success.
If i could just make a flat controller with a joystick at my thumb and several tact switches or game buttons with a foot pedal that had a analog button on toe and analog button on heel with rised center so i could rocki my foot and control a r2/l2 from todays controllers that be great. Whether use one of my many diferent pcb i have or make all out of 3.55mm and use xac. Ive got lots of equipment and various controllers, tact switches, 3.5 mm plug with 2 wire screw leads. I only have pc, ps4, and nintendo switch. but what i need help on is being able to play rocket league on pc.
