I cannot evaluate Sinner's performance in the 3rd set-- too many missed points as per the highlights. All I can say is that I have not seen Tsitsipas play this well in years!! HUGE Sinner fan here but a sincere congrats to Stefanos!!👏👏

@lucis..: Indeed he had chances but could not capitalise on them. Tsitsipas played very high level 1st set. Second he slumped; 3rd he regained after a slow start. Very close one this. Sinner had chances after the miscall incident but in the end I reckon Tsitsipas was the stronger physically and hence got it in the end.
Good to see him win an important tournament. Sinner will be back for sure. Most likely in RG ! This loss makes him only stronger !

It’s such a shame that tennis tv and tournaments waited until after Roger retired, Rafa is old and almost retired, and Novak is heading that way. I would have gladly paid good money to watch tennis matches on my tv at home with this camera angle. No moving camera. No Birds Eye view. Just a stationary camera from this angle at every tournament to appreciate how much spin power and angles the top guys have.
They could have done this years ago and it would have attracted more casual fans. I would have loved to seen the artistry and chess match on court between Rafa and Roger or Rafa vs. Novak grinding and getting everything back whilst hitting the ball max rpms against each other.
    We’ll never have it.

I gotta say it, out of all the tennis players, Tsitsipas was the one I less considered, not just because I usually hate his behavior towards opponents, but because he hadn’t been this consistent recently… having said that THIS MATCH WIN IS REMARKABLE!! You gotta factor in that Sinner was on a roll and snowballing since AO, Clay is not Tsitsipas’s favorite and the court conditions were extremely tough. Kuddos to Tsitsipas, I can criticize him for many things (maaaaany) 😅, but YOU GOTTA BE OBJECTIVE WHEN IT COMES TO TENNIS, I’m a tennis fan and when it comes to performances, this is one of the greatest in a 1000 event: coming from a set down on the third set is no joke.

@@Smalldeine What's the connection with what happened yesterday? Yesterday the mistake against rune was not decisive, he won the 2nd set. Here it was SO DECISIVE: double fault not seen by the empire and unbelievable decision by her to not going down her chair to go check the mark at least 10cm out, 4-1 for Sinner, 2 breaks down for tsitsipas, it was almost surely Sinner the finalist. This is a huge robbery, one of the worst of the last 20 years probably. If you know tennis, you know that such so big robberies do not happen very often and they could be avoided using technology, in a master1000 with millions of euros of prize, it's unbelievable that this cannot be stopped. yep that is just you. he shanks some balls and plays pretty loopy shots on the backhand, maybe you mistake that for mishits. it is really more apparent from the court-level camera.

@@alexlackner1945 youtube only censors certain words. In this case Tennis TV should remove these comments together with the profile pics from their channel.
