What's up with the audience?.. Sounds like there are three people in it. RAYE is one of the greatest vocalists of our time, and off the charts, the response from the audience should be the same. I get that LA is softer than other cities, but come one peeps!.. Not even Escapism woke them up

Even after all the success that she has achieved up till this point, I still feel she's genuinely underrated. A highly talented lyricist telling her story and truth, a powerful vocal range, and a great sense of humor. She's just beautiful! She deserves much bigger platforms in her future ❤

Discovered Raye a few days ago - binge watching all of her live performances today.
I've been around a long time - I can truly call her a SuperNova.
As far as I know, she's been in the business for at least 10 years. She's written a lot of music for a lot of people so her catalog is already jam-packed with hits.
Her live performances are not just entertainment but almost therapy sessions. She knows how to talk to her audience. Ice Cream Man is a heartbreaker and ahe sings its in the most amazing way.
Her looks, combination of a Swiss dad and a mom from Ghana, are sexy dor the toung fokks but classic for us silver foxes - body like Marilyn Monroe, profile gives a little Barbra Streisand, also gives a little young Nicki Minaj.
Her musical range has just a bit of Amy Winehouse mixed with Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and even a little bit of Whitney Houston.
She sings about very raw real life issues no one else wants to talk about - in other words, baby girl has been through.
Hope she'll be around for a very long time.

I will never get over just how incredible she is at everything she does. Her immaculate voice, her stage presence, the way she's constantly communicating with the band and crowd, and of course the fact she's just drop dead gorgeous! Just pure talent all around.
Her music has had such an impact on my life these past few years and so being able to meet her at a show here in the US was the highlight of my year. She deserves all the praise she gets, and honestly doesn't receive enough! 🫶💯

Incredible performance. Possibly the greatest female artist currently. Just one thing I have to criticize: I think it would have been a great idea for the camera to make a quick circular pan over to the audience and back to her and the band, at the climax of escapism. Just from a cinematography stand point that would have somehow pushed this video a little more in the direction of greatness. (assuming that the audience was really into it, and it sounded like it)
I mean a video recording of a live performance lives through the interaction between the artist and the audience.Just think of the Woodstock movie or this great recording of Neil Young and Crazy Horse with Hey Hey My My where they interspersed it with small glimpses of the people totally letting themselves go. Just an Idea to add some dramatic effect. Apart from that: awesome performance, I think Iam a little in love :D
