    For smooth glowing skin:
1 - I drink good amount of water. It's beneficial. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day.
2 - Wash my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra daily. Though i skip some times because of lack of patience. While it works, daily application is crucial for results.
3 - I prevent using any soap, etc. on face.
    4 - I don't consume junk food.
    5 - I do 30 minutes of exercise everyday.
All together, all these steps helped me to get good glowing skin resulting in a complexion free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.

      Rice Berry Face Wash
      Advantages:
      Mild on dry skin
      Effectively washes without stripping moisture
      No unnecessary scent
      Suitable for regular use
Leaves skin feeling clean and rejuvenated
      Disadvantages:
      Couldn't find any negatives
In conclusion, Rice Berry Face Wash by litlextrra is my go-to facewash, and I plan to use it going forward.

to sum them up 1: eat colourful fruits and vegetables
      2: avoid added sugar
      3: wear sunscreen
4: wash face twice a day preferably with a cleanser
      5: apply retinol before bed
      6: moisturize
that's pretty much it anything else would be going above and beyond.
an optional thing would be to exfoliate twice a week and a good tip that people neglect is brushing your lips with a separate toothbrush this removes dead skin and promotes blood flow giving a more red look to them

Cleansing your skin regularly enhances its appearance. Use a high-quality face wash and wash your face twice daily. I use only riiceberry face wash by litlextrra because it maintains the correct pH balance and is extremely gentle. This face wash avoids acne and gives my skin a bright as well as improved look throughout the day.

I do stupid things when I’m mad, so once I took a towel and started rubbing my face Until it hurt really bad, it wasn’t even wet, I just kept rubbing my face with a towel, so now I just have these really weird scars from all the different time I hurt my skin because I was mad, but it’s kind of better now.

Depends, if you're in a sunny area then yes, it's not just about the tan, UV rays in general damage your skin in several other ways

    • @Raven74408

Yes, the sun's damaging rays can still penetrate clouds. You could probably get away with an SPF 30, but you still need sunscreen.
