I think this is the ultimate proof that rock isn't just noise, the melodic value of some songs is just pure talent.
Who told you rock is noise? I've heard that about death metal, but not about Muse.
@@michbus7440 I mean, a lot of people hate on rock and say it's just noise. Maybe it's not that big of a problem in your area or something like that, where i live people get shunned.
I agree 100% but to be fair Mathew Bellamy takes a lot inspiration from classical music, especially in the Resistance album.

The dexterity in his pick hand is amazingly accurate, coming from a guitarist standpoint its very awkward to keep two seperate timings between fingers picking. I tried doing it but kept naturally blending them which isnt correct. Phenomenal player
insanely hard, the best thing i can i tell you is learn the bassline separate, then sing/hum the melody while you play the bassline to separate them in your head, then learn the notes to what youre humming, stop, and replace it with the notes on the guitar. idk its hard, works for me
and finger designation, like home row is with typing, keep thumb through pinky right above each respective string, but only the thumb and index play bass notes, middle thru pinky are for melody, just practice man you'll get it

Muse is my favourite band, and as a seasoned guitarist myself I can say this is absolutely incredible
Brought me back to muse my friend. Their melodies are so entwined and memorizing and you captured it all on one guitar, truly impressive.
Crescendos and decrescendos. Love that you captured the essence of the song as well as being so talented to play both the guitar and bass while backing it with a drum beat. Keep it up sir looking forward to hearing more from you.
