My husband died 3 months ago he introduced me to the Red Hot chili peppers I'm never danced in my life before until we started listening to you even on the coldest nights like tonight as long as I listen to you I can just dance just to keep myself warm New York State doesn't help anybody they have failed all of us in the system... I'm trying so hard to stay clean but they make it impossible some days I'll just do anything to stay warm....

And you can enjoy them when they go to those continents. During what is still a pandemic, I’d say a world tour isn’t exactly safe for dudes in their 60s now (outside of John). Keep it to a North American and European tour for now, see where things go, and hit up other places if things get better.

He regularly avoids participating in things like this. I remember reading that he was adamantly against what he ended up doing in their music video for 'Otherside'. He just wanted to play a guitar normally, but the other members had to insist that he embrace the surrealism of the video. He begrudgingly participated.
I gather he's a pretty strong introvert.

I empathise with him, but props to the other guys for still laughing and joking. I love it when they play these characters. I love it when they don't take themselves too seriously... U can't force john to find it funny or get involved

Honestly I think he would rather skip this part and just play music but has been encouraged to do so to help sell tickets so he's just sat there in the background wishing he was somewhere else 😂

Maybe Josh wasn’t able to pull his weight with new material the way that John (who’s a prolific songwriter) could? Maybe the rest of the band realized that without John (and through no fault of Josh’s) the band sounded like a tired karaoke performance?

I'm sure more European dates will be announced for next summer, as various festivals haven't been ironed out yet. Then places like Australia/NZ, Asia, South America will take place in late 2022/early 2023, where it is summer for them. I also predict an arena tour for the US/Canada in 2023 sometime, to cover all the cities that can't support stadium shows (places like St. Louis, Minneapolis, Cleveland etc). A world tour for most major bands is a 2 year commitment, so stay tuned.
John hasn't aged a day since he left. Glad to see him healthy
