I don't understand why he comes to the band again when he said that hates play music in front of people and hates autogaphs, photos, touring, fame basically all related with a famous band. I literally can’t describe my joy in seeing this. These beautiful humans all back together again making stunning art once more. My dad missed out on seeing Zeppelin back in the day and I didn’t think I’d ever get to see RHCP with John in my lifetime; missed out on their other tours, but not this time. This, combined with the fact that Rick Rubin is delivering the new album is simply the best next news I’ve had in decades. Will sell blood if I have to - I’m going to see these geniuses on this tour!!!

I was in tears because I was so devastated as a junior in high school when John left the band, stadium Arcadium is still my fav album. I thought I’d never see my fav band play live intact. This is a dream come true. Seeing them together again makes me very happy

There’s a special sort of excitement I get when I know the chili peppers are close to dropping an album.. reminds me of being an early teen, waiting for the by the way / stadium Arcadium albums to be released. Staying up til like 3am on a Friday / Saturday night watching RAGE (aussies will understand me) just to see the music videos as they were released, and record them on VHS so I could replay it over and over again (I’m sure I wasn’t the only one!) ..

I remember when I got into RHCP Frusciante had already left the band and he was my favorite. I remember watching his interviews, guitar solo, and listening to his solo albums..The Empyrean is my favorite. I honestly did not think he would perform anymore but when they announced his return in 2019 I almost cried! I'm so excited to hear what these guys have coming🤗

The thing that makes me the most happy is to see these four friends together again, ready to do the thing they love the most and share it with us. Also, the way they themselves skimp on the star role, siding with the fans in hype in front of John, is hilarious. I also like the fact that they have entered a new, more playful phase of communication, more ironic, as the Foo Fighters did too. it is a way not to burden the climate in the band too much, especially in the tiring months of tour, which could put John Frusciante away again.
