Learning Vocabulary, Polyglot Tips, Language Learning, Learning New Words, Vocabulary Acquisition
I do sentences or phrases instead of single words when learning vocabulary. That way, the words are in a context, so there is some meaning, which helps in retention. I also learn pronunciation immediately when I learn vocabulary. Otherwise, you can be saying something wrong in your head as you read it.
And I get my sentences or phrases from conversations on CZcams that have both audio and text. That also provides some context, some meaning, to help with retention.
Makes a lot of sense, thanks for sharing!
Great tips, you should incorporate anki to make the whole process easier and more efficient!!
I know, I have just always been lazy to make the change 😅
Nice tips Julián! Need to incorporate these into my linguistic routine:)
Thanks HB! Happy to hear that it was of aid to another polyglot!

Are u spending 6 months to learn a language? After that , are u aquiring a new
language? I see suggestions in your comments. Myself, i have been studying
Hungarian. A sample at CZcams " agi szabados" . Interviews with good audio.
it depends on the language Brian!
Holi! On ne dit pas « en voix haute », on dit « À* voix haute » ;) Creo que es uno de los fallos del método, podés anotar la expresión con un error y memorizar este error.
Gracias Mmlenonade! Tendría que haber activado la corrección automática pues
o en su defecto haber googleado la expresión

Why don't you learn japanese or korean?its a lot easier than French Spanish or Russian
You think so? I highly doubt it...
@@theuruguayanpolyglot8706 I was born in France and raised in Korea,I've learned both languages in the school,at first I found it very hard but then with time it became easy, actually, there's only a few tenses and there's no conjugation for every verb(well there's but a lot easier and simpler),and yes the writing is hard and different but not impossible,파이팅 (fighting )
@@snowman8351 will think of it Snow Man!
learn japanse!
no way! Rather Chinese!
